List of Important Documents to Upload with DU Application Form 2017

1.

Applicant’s passport size photograph. Size of the photograph needs to be 2 inch x 2 inch (5 mm x 5 mm).

Applicant’s scanned signature

3.

Self-attested Class XII Mark-Sheet (if the result has been announced). In case the Mark-Sheet is not issued by the Board then the self-attested copy of the Mark-Sheet downloaded from the respective board’s website should be uploaded.

4.

Self-attested copy of SC/ST/OBC/PwD/KM/CW valid certificate, if applicable

5.

Self-attested copies of Sports/ECA certificates, if applicable.

Transfer Certificate from school/college as well as Migration Certificate from Board/University to be submitted by students who have cleared their senior secondary exam from outside Delhi.

SC/ST/PwD Certificate (in the candidate’s name) issued by competent authority

10.

OBC (non-creamy layer) Certificate (in the candidate’s name) issued by competent authority. Such candidates also need to submit their income proof.

11.

Kashmiri Migrant Certificate to be submitted by candidates applying under the Kashmiri Migrant Quota. This certificate should be issued by the Divisional Commissioner/Relief Commissioner.

12.

Educational Concession Certificate to be submitted by aspirants applying under the CW quota. Such a certificate should be issued by a competent authority

13.

Sports/ECA Distinction certificate of last three years to be listed in descending order (From April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017)
