Ashoka Aptitude Test 2024 Application & LOR Process (Over): Fees & How to Apply

Candidates wanting to pursue a course from AU can apply via online mode. The university officials scan the applications and shortlist students. Candidates shall ensure that they submit the form before the due date. The step-by-step application process for Ashoka University admission 2024 is explained below:

Step 1: Visit Ashoka University's official website.

Step 2: Click on the Apply icon.

Step 3: Click on the New Registration tab.

Step 4: Select the course.

Step 5: Register with a valid email ID.

Step 6: Log in with the credentials entered during registration.

Step 7: Start filling out the fields in the form.

Step 8: Upload the asked documents such as a Letter of Recommendation.

Step 9: On form submission, a non-refundable fee of INR 1,000 has to be paid.

Ashoka University offers Merit Cum Means scholarship for exceptional Undergraduate students intending to major in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or Computer Science at Ashoka. A total of 25 scholarships will be awarded in addition to the need based financial aid available to all students, of which 5 of candidates will receive a waiver of 100% on tuition fee and residence, and remaining 20 will receive a waiver of 100% on tuition fee. Candidates can refer to the steps below to apply for Merit Cum Means scholarship:

1. Candidates shortlisted based on the cut-offs will receive an invitation to apply for the Merit Scholarship.
2. As a part of the scholarship application, candidates will be required to submit a form with a Statement Of Purpose (SOP), along with the latest Income Tax Return of their parents/guardian. This application form will be open for 5 days.
3. A scholarship committee will further shortlist candidates based on the quality of their SOP and assessment of family income. Candidates shortlisted at this stage may also need to appear for a personal interview with the committee.
4. Successful candidates will receive either a 100% waiver on Tuition Fee or a 100% waiver on Tuition and Residence depending on their overall performance in the selection process.

Students will be selected based on their potential for academic rigor and extra-curricular engagement. These include AAT Ashoka Aptitude Test or ACT (American College Testing) or SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) scores or 10+2 marks projects, and research, if applicable, as well as the disciplined and committed pursuit of varied interests and passions.
