Hello Nishar Ahmed, this deemed to be university was established in 2006 in Haridwar in Uttarakhand. University offers different courses for students in graduation as well as post graduation levels and also promotes research into many fields. There are basically four faculty members of Yog science, Humanities  & Ancient Studies and Science  and Management. The admission is however based on an entrance test conducted by the University. The mode of application at Graphic Era Deemed to be University is online with students given admission as long as they get through the selection process after they apply online through the university page for its various courses. Students must complete the eligibility requirements before they apply.

UOU Uttarakhand is not very difficult to get admission at. Candidates must fullfil the basic eligibility criteria provided by the University. UOU Uttarakhand offers admission based on merit and entrance, depending on the level (UG or PG) of course. Candidates must qualify Class 12 or graduation with minimum suggested aggregate.

Courses such as MBA is offered based on the accepted entrance exam such as MAT/ CAT or university level entrance exams. Post shortlisting of candidates based on merit, candidates qualifying respective entrance exam recieve counselling. The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is available only for the normal duration of the programme. For dual degree programmes, it is available only up to the 4th year.
