Admission at ILS Law College for BA LLB is difficult and not simple. Admission to the first year of the Five-Year Law Program is based on the Maharashtra Law Common Entrance Test (CET) score. Candidates must meet the fundamental eligibility requirements before taking the CET, which is administered by the CET Cell in Mumbai. The final selection is based on the CET score obtained through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), and ILS Law College does not offer a separate entrance examination for admission to the BA LLB program. Furthermore, completing the minimal eligibility requirements does not ensure admission, as the ultimate decision is made on merit and performance in the entrance examination, followed by a personal interview. 

In the first semester of a BA LLB course, the New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth offers the subjects that can make the foundational base for the students that can help them to learn about Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Legal methods related subjects in depth. Some of the subjects that are included in the curriculum are General English, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, and Law of Torts including motor vehicle accidents and the Consumer Protection Act. 

Admission into BA LLB at MIT-WPU, Pune will be based on the MIT-WPU CET Entrance Examination and the Personal Interaction (PI) score. Scores in CLAT or MH CET Law are also considered for admission. Candidate must also appear for the MIT-WPU CET Personal Interaction (PI) as per the schedule.
