IRMA Placements 2022: Highest salary offered INR 26.50 LPA

Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) completed the final placement process of the outgoing batch of PGDRM (2020-22) with the highest salary package of INR 26.50 lakh per annum, an increase of 39.47% from the previous batch. IRMA placement process 2022 was conducted from January 5, 2022, which witnessed approximately 251 participants with 431 offers being made.
In the 41st PGDRM batch of 251 students, 19 students received pre-placement offers based on the work done in internships and other projects. A total of 431 job offers were made by top recruiters who participated in the IRMA placement drive. The average salary offered by the organizations to IRMA graduates stands at INR 15 lakh per annum.
Yes, the 20 merit-based scholarships worth INR 1.17 crore for the students of its flagship PGDM (RM) course. The institute also provides Mirae Asset Foundation Scholarships, IDFC Firse Bank MBA Scholarship, etc.

IRMA Placements 2019-21: Top Recruiters
IRMA placements 2019-21 witnessed various startups which participated in the placement drive at IRMA. Various FMCG, banks, NGOs, dairy cooperatives, NBFCs, agribusiness and public sector organisations were a part of the placement drive. The majority of the positions offered to the students were in the sales and marketing sector. A total of 28 students accepted offers made by NGOs, Government and Development agencies and CSR foundations. Organizations such as Vedanta CSR, NTPC CSR, Brooke India, Foundation for Development of Rural Value Chains (FDRVC), BAIF Development Research Foundation, BRLPS – JEEVIKA, Panchayati Raj-Govt. of Telangana, and Access Livelihoods Consulting (ALC) were some of the prominent recruiters.
