Absolutely satisfied with the placements, college life, etc.

Placements: I remember 12 companies coming to campus to hire, of which 3–4 have CGPA criteria. Only a few students were eligible for that drive. Apollo, Atom Berg, Philips, and Tata—many companies come on campus drives. They hired 23 students from our batch. Internships are provided in Pharma Focus and Dista. Roles depend on performance during the interview.

Infrastructure: The college campus is very nice and well maintained, with all facilities such as a laboratory, library, Wi-Fi, sports ground and gym provided by the college. Library books need to be returned within 15 days. Sorry to say that the college does not provide housing to female candidates. The food is average; it includes some fruits and eggs.

Faculty: College bouncers ask for my ID card every time I enter college. Strict rules for entering and an exciting college campus. Teachers are very helpful; they understand our problem but due to fear of management, they do not take any action. Exams are held twice a year: 30 marks for internal, which are given based on the class test and midterm exam and 70 marks for external. 40 marks are needed for passing out of 100.

Other: A college scholarship is only given to Maharashtra residents; students outside do not get any kind of scholarship .

Placements: As Zeal is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, and have excellent placements hence it's known in and around the for best Package for Bright and deserving students, to fulfil this promise, the college has got dedicated training staff for soft skills so that interview skills can be learned by the students. Many reputed companies including Wipro, Infosys and many turned out to campus for placement, with impressive packages of 3.5 to 8.5 per annum. College also supports internship facility for second year students where students learn how practical concept connect with theory how industries work. Many companies including HDFC, ICICI, PNB Metlife come for internship in Zeal College, Identifies students based on Aptitude like for business-oriented students entrepreneurship development cell, for government job seekers Zeal's Lakshay cell is there for free guidance and coaching like this way zeal gives placement as per the profile of the students.

Infrastructure: Zeal is NAAC "A" Grade College. College location is centrally placed near Pune Bangalore highway. Infrastructure of the college is up to the mark. It is well-equipped with Computer Labs which are open for students so that students can efficiently work on their classwork activities, college have separate Wi-Fi Setups for students. Zeal is a rare college having a huge playground in the wildly grown concrete city. Zeal provides students with a variety of Games along with trained coaches for the same. Zeal have dedicated shooting range for students interested. Zeal have its Buses Running in and out for student transport. Well-equipped Classrooms with projectors for E-Learning are there. The Complete campus of Zeal is under the CCTV Surveillance for student safety. Hostel for girls. Spacious Rooms well furnished with bed, cupboard and study tables. Freedom of using small Electric Gadgets. Washing machines are available Paid Laundry. Canteen. Spacious canteen with decent food at a reasonable price is available. Separate Gym along with instructor is available for Girls and Boys for their better physical wellbeing.

Faculty: Zeal have very highly qualified teaching staff. Almost all are Ph.D. holders and Ph.D. pursuing. The Teachers are very cooperative helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of the way in teaching methodologies to make student understand the difficult concepts with ease. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready to give their best in any industry or field they step in.

Other: Many events are organized by Zeal in order to make students ready to face the outer world and come out of the comfort zone. 2 industrial visits are being organised every year with an intention to make student relate the theory knowledge with practical. Zeal organizes huge Annual fest which lasts for 3-4 days, Zeal Carnival, Zeal Induction Programme, Poster Presentation, Quiz Competition etc. Are carried out through the year to motivate students and bring the best of them.

Review of Zeal College of Engineering and Research.

Placements: The placements provided by the college are good. Even I am working with the company which conducted placements for our senior batch. Approximately, 60% of the students were placed in the campus placements. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 35,000 per month, the average salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month and the lowest offered was Rs. 8,000 per month. Companies like GTT, Robertshaw, HDFC, and much more visit the campus to conduct placements. Roles related to marketing and banking fields are offered to the placed students. As I did MBA in HR, I was placed in a recruitment company. Approximately, 45% to 55% of the students got the internship from the college. I did an internship in Robertshaw Controls Pvt. Ltd. When I was doing my internship, no stipend was offered to me, but some students got the stipend. The placement cell in our college is good. The teachers guide the students well about placements.

Infrastructure: Our college provides free Wi-Fi facility for students. Labs are well-equipped with computers. Classrooms are neat and tidy, and every classroom has a computer. There are many reference books available in the library. First-aid facilities are also available. There is a huge ground to play cricket, volleyball, football, etc. A gymnasium is also available in our college. Quality of the labs and classrooms is good. Canteen is spacious, and it provides the best food. The hostel rooms are good for the hostel students. The only problem is, you must have your own vehicle, or you must avail college bus facility. As the college is located in the rural area, accommodation is a little headache.

Faculty: During my studies, the teachers who taught us were very helpful, knowledgeable and were highly qualified. They were also awarded many times in various educational sectors. Their teaching quality is good. Projectors are used to teach some concepts. Coordination between the students and teachers is good. I don't have any idea about industrial exposure. Overall, the course curriculum was helpful for my career.

Other: Our college organises various events like Ranangan, and festivals like Shiv Jayanti, eco-friendly Ganesh, and much more. The campus crowd was always good because of the activities conducted by engineering faculty, which are go-carting, dance classes, championships, etc. The college is surrounded by many industries, and the national highway is 2 km away from the college. Scholarships were also provided as per the eligibility of the candidate. Activities like cycle rally and seminars are also conducted.
