Yes, NTA removed five cities from the NEET 2025 exam city list in India. The total number of NEET 2025 exam cities outside India as remained the same, which is 14. Since NTA limits the state and city choice as per the present address, applicants need not think for long to select the right exam city choices. The five cities, which have been removed from the list are Surampelam (Andhra Pradesh), Deoghar (Madhya Pradesh), Basar (Arunachal Pradesh), Mamit (Mizoram) and Kiphrie (Nagaland).
The NEET 2025 exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM. NTA announced the exam date through an official notice along with the application form on February 7, 2025.

How to make revision notes for NEET 2025?

Tip#1: Do not borrow or copy notes
The first and foremost thing that you must understand is that NEET 2025 revision notes are meant for you. They should be personalised. Borrowing notes from a friend and copying them will not solve the purpose. Your friends may have a different approach to reading and understanding a chapter, which will be reflected in their notes. You may have a different approach and their notes may not prove beneficial for you. Plus, making your own notes will help you get a better hold on the subject.
Tip#2: Do not start making NEET 2025 revision notes during the first reading
Many students have the habit of highlighting important things as they start reading a chapter. By the end of the chapter, either they have highlighted everything or most of the chapter. Such notes will not help. The first time you read a chapter, focus on understanding it. NEET 2025 revision notes or highlighting important points should be done during the second or third reading.

Candidates must prepare a fool proof time management strategy while taking mock tests. They must follow different approaches and then finalise on the most convenient one.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the NEET 2025 exam date on February 7, 2025. The exam will be conducted on May 4, 2025. Tip#4: Highlight using different colours
While making notes for a chapter of NEET, we come across statements of varying importance. Like, you may feel that the names of the scientists who discovered something may come as a direct question. You may thus highlight all the names in red. The concepts, on the other hand, may be highlighted in yellow or any colour that catches your attention.
Tip#5: Sticky notes on the textbook
NEET preparation is not something that can be accomplished in a few days’ time. There may be a gap of weeks before you come back to chapter A. By this time, you may not remember everything important about that chapter that you may have read from somewhere else. This is where sticky notes come in handy. Make a note of important things, outside of the textbook, and paste it on the corner of the relevant pages. A quick look at these little notes and you can recollect everything.
Tip#6: Note down your mistakes
When you start solving NEET mock tests you will come across many questions that you may have difficulty with. It is advisable to make a note of all these questions in your revision notes. Taking a quick glance at these mistakes just before the examination will prevent you from making the same mistakes during the examination. Make sure you take the mock test as per the latest NEET exam pattern and structure.
