West Bengal NEET Counselling 2025: Types of Domicile
To participate in the counselling of WBMCC NEET 2025, the candidate must possess a domicile certificate of this state. During the registration process the counselling, a candidate needs to choose from three options:
Proforma a1: Candidates have been residing in the West Bengal state for the past ten years (or more) as prescribed by the rules of MCC.
Proforma a2: Applicants who have resided in West Bengal for the past ten years (or more) as prescribed by the rules of MCC. They must also have passed the class 12 examination in 2025 or before.
Proforma b: Candidates not residing in the state of West Bengal but one of their parents is a permanent resident of West Bengal and has a permanent address in West Bengal state.
WB Domicile Certificate Autorisation
For a domicile certificate to be valid, it needs to be signed by any of the following authorities:
- District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Deputy Magistrate/ Deputy Collector/ Sub Divisional Officer/ Block Development Officer
- Superintendent of Police/ Additional Superintendent of Police/ Deputy Superintendent of Police/ Sub Divisional Police Officer
