CSEET mock test is conducted to familiarise candidates to the actual test environment and also validate the compatibility of the software and hardware. There are no prescribed number of attempts for CSEET. Candidates can appear for the CSEET exam in multiple attempts until qualified. The validity of the CSEET scorecard is one year. ICSI conducts CSEET examination three times in a year, i.e., February, June and October. Candidates can choose to appear for any of the three sessions. However, candidates must stay updated with the cut off dates of CSEET examination.

ICSI conducted CSEET examination in online mode until January 2026. From CSEET June session 2026, the exam will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates must check the exam day guidelines to avoid disqualification.
