Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith was established in 1921. It has three campuses, that is, Gangapur campus, NTPC campus and Bhairav Talab campus. Besides these campuses, the university also has 10 faculties, four institutes and more than 30 departments in its campus at Varanasi. It further possesses a total of over 350 affiliated colleges in six districts, i.e. Varanasi, Chandauli, Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra and Ballia. MGKVP University varanasi provides a number of degree, diploma and certificate course in various streams, including Management, Science, Fine Art etc.

They implement simple and normal methods and the student-to-faculty ratio is 60:1”. MGKVP Varanasi offers a three-year BBA at the UG level. The programme is also offered at various MGKVP-affiliated institutes. The fee structure at these institutes vary from one another. MGKVP Varanasi BBA tuition fee across various affiliated institutes ranges between INR 1.2 Lacs and INR 2.4 lakh.
