IIM Kozhikode launches One-Year Diploma in Management Programme for Professionals

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has introduced a one-year Diploma in Management (DiM) programme aimed at graduates and working professionals looking to upskill themselves for leadership roles in a rapidly evolving job market. The DiM programme is open to graduates and diploma holders who have prior professional experience. The selection process will be based on scores from the IIMK DMAT (Diploma in Management Aptitude Test) followed by a personal interview. The institute has yet to release the IIMK DMAT exam dates, but candidates can expect a thorough process designed to assess their aptitude for management studies.

The DiM programme is scheduled to begin in May 2025 with the first batch for the academic year 2025-26. The programme will feature two in-campus modules, each lasting five days. Furthermore, candidates will have the opportunity to avail credit transfer facilities into IIM Kozhikode's MBA programme, adding more flexibility to their educational journey.
