In 2017, the Positive Impact Rating was started by a large international group of researchers and institutional leaders from the management education field (GRLI, PRME, HESI, and GBSN).
The Positive Impact Rating is a new rating conducted by students and for students, which aim to learn from a varied set of top schools around the world. The rating lists 30 top schools that have done well. For this, international student organisations reached out to students at the top 50 schools in the Financial Times Masters in Management 2018 ranking (FT) and the top 50 schools in the Corporate Knights Green MBA ranking (CK).
In 2017, the Positive Impact Rating was started by a large international group of researchers and institutional leaders from the management education field (GRLI, PRME, HESI, and GBSN). They are working with the objective to support fundamental change in the business school sector related to the schools' societal responsibility and impact.
It is run in close association with student bodies - SOS UK, StudentenvoorMorgen, Oikos International, Net Impact, and AIESEC. Its activities are recommended and supported by WWF Switzerland (Environment), OXFAM (Society), and Global Compact Switzerland (Business).
