JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling Mop Up Round
JENPAS UG 2025 mop-up round counselling is being conducted by WBJEEB on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. The mop-up round seat allotment result was released on December 10, 2025. The institute reporting will close on December 15, 2025. Candidates who did not get admission in Round-1 and Round-2 can now apply for admission, as there are seats vacant for the BSc nursing and allied paramedical courses. The Mop-up round is also known as Round 3.

About JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling Mop Up Round
WBJEEB started the JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling process on November 14, 2025. After conducting the counselling for two rounds, the counselling process concluded on November 29, 2025. The JENPAS UG result was released on November 12, 2025. Candidates who could not get admission or did not get the preferred course and college in both rounds are eligible to apply for the JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling Mop Up Round. The notification for participation was released on December 3, 2025. The registration for the mop-up (round 3) is yet to begin. Find out the rules and guidelines for eligibility here. JENPAS UG counselling seat allotment result was announced online for the Round-1 counselling. For the round-2 counselling, WBJEEB released the seat allotment result separately. A third mop-up round was conducted for the seats that remain vacant. Candidates were able to download the seat allotment result for the mop-up round as all the updates/results that were published on wbjeeb.nic.in.
The JENPAS UG admit card will be released online. Applicants will have to provide login credentials to download the JENPAS UG admit card. Details such as Candidate's Name, parents' name, date of birth, & gender, etc, Date and Time of the exam, and Roll number will be mentioned on it.
- There will be only one Mop-Up round of counselling.
- Registration is mandatory for e-counselling
- Only female candidates are eligible for admission in the BSc Nursing course in government colleges
- Both male and female candidates are eligible for admission to government and private colleges in all other courses except the BSc nursing course
JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling Mop Up Round Rules
In this section, aspirants will find out who is eligible to participate in the JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling Mop-Up Round:
- Those who did not get any allotment in Round 1 and Round 2
- Those who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, and did not take admission in Round-1 or Round-2
- Those who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, but allotment in Round-2 was cancelled due to various valid reasons, other than academic eligibility.
- Candidates who did not register earlier

JENPAS UG Mop-up Round Counselling Fee
The counselling fee has been defined in two categories. The first category of applicants is those who have already applied for the counselling in previous rounds. The second category of applicants is those who will be applying for the first time. The application fee is different for both categories:
- A previously registered candidate should pay a fee of INR 200/-
- A new candidate should pay a fee of INR 700/-
Candidates need to provide necessary personal details, academic details, bank account details (for in case of any refund), address, etc. The Candidate must also provide his/her application number/roll number and rank for JENPAS (UG)-2024 and provide following academic information. Plese note that there is no provision to make any correction/editing after final submission of the registration by the candidate.
The JENPAS UG 2025 counselling process was held from November 14, 2025. The JENPAS UG counselling registration was ongoing at the official website. There were two rounds of counselling. The entire counselling process was being managed online at wbjeeb.nic.in, for admission to BSc-Nursing, BPT, BMLT, BSc-CCT, BSc-OTT, BSc-PT, BSc-PA, B.Sc. MMB, B.V.S.O, BHA courses.
Registration was mandatory to participate in JENPAS UG e-counselling and admission. Those candidates who did not register within the pre-declared period were NOT considered for allotment of any seat in any round under any circumstances. Registration fee for e-counselling is INR 500 only.
In case of first-time allotment, it is mandatory to pay the seat acceptance fee (INR 1000/-); however, if the candidate has paid this fee earlier in the previous rounds, then he/she may not pay it again if they did not take admission earlier.
Who cannot apply for the JENPAS UG Mop-up Round Counselling?
Candidates who have exited/withdrawn from the e-counselling system due to various reasons during previous rounds are not eligible for the Mop-Up round.

JENPAS 2025 UG Counselling Mop Up Round Process
Know the process to participate in the last round of the JENPAS UG counselling here:
- Register for the counselling at wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. Provide necessary personal details, academic details, and bank details for fee payment
- Proceed with the choice filling process. View all the choices of institutes and courses available. After selecting institutes/courses, arrange the choices in the order of priority. Select the maximum/all possible institutes/ branches to receive allotment in the mop-up round.
- Lock the choices and take a printout of the saved choices.
- After the institute is allotted, keep your Unique Allotment ID ready. Do not disclose it to any person other than the admission officer of the allotted Institute.
- After the allotment, pay the seat acceptance fee and download the allotment letter from the official website.
- Report to the institute personally. Carry printed copies of their allotment letters and all academic and other documents for physical verification. Take all the documents in the original and one self-attested copy of each document.
