JENPAS 2026 UG Counselling Mop Up Round

JENPAS UG 2026 mop-up round counselling will be conducted by WBJEEB on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. The mop-up round seat allotment result will be released online. The institute reporting will close soon afterwards. Candidates who did not get admission in Round-1 and Round-2 will be eligible to apply for admission, as there will be vacant seats in the BSc nursing and allied paramedical courses. The Mop-up round is also known as Round 3.

About JENPAS 2026 UG Counselling Mop Up Round

WBJEEB will start the JENPAS 2026 UG Counselling process as per the schedule to be released by the conducting body. After the completion of two rounds of counselling, this round will be organised. The JENPAS 2026 UG Counselling Mop Up Round will be a golden ticket for them. The notification for participation will be published online. Find out the rules and guidelines for eligibility here. Here are a few important things that candidates must know about the mop-up round:

1. There will be only one Mop-Up round of counselling.
2. Registration is mandatory for e-counselling
3. Only female candidates are eligible for admission in the BSc Nursing course in government colleges
4. Both male and female candidates are eligible for admission to government and private colleges in all other courses except the BSc nursing course

In this section, aspirants will find out who is eligible to participate in the JENPAS 2026 UG Counselling Mop-Up Round:

1. Those who did not get any allotment in Round 1 and Round 2
2. Those who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, and did not take admission in Round-1 or Round-2
3. Those who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, but allotment in Round-2 was cancelled due to various valid reasons, other than academic eligibility.
4. Candidates who did not register earlier

JENPAS UG Mop-up Round Counselling Fee

The counselling fee has been defined in two categories. The first category of applicants is those who have already applied for the counselling in previous rounds. The second category of applicants is those who will be applying for the first time. The application fee is different for both categories:

1. A previously registered candidate should pay a fee of INR 200/-
2. A new candidate should pay a fee of INR 700/-

In case of first-time allotment, it is mandatory to pay the seat acceptance fee (INR 1000/-); however, if the candidate has paid this fee earlier in the previous rounds, then he/she may not pay it again if they did not take admission earlier.

Who cannot apply for the JENPAS UG Mop-up Round Counselling?

Candidates who have exited/withdrawn from the e-counselling system due to various reasons during previous rounds are not eligible for the Mop-Up round.

The conducting body, i.e., WBJEEB, has released the dates for the Mop-Up Round on the official website. Here are the important events to follow:

Know the process to participate in the last round of the JENPAS UG counselling here:

1. Register for the counselling at wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. Provide necessary personal details, academic details, and bank details for fee payment
2. Proceed with the choice filling process. View all the choices of institutes and courses available. After selecting institutes/courses, arrange the choices in the order of priority. Select the maximum/all possible institutes/ branches to receive allotment in the mop-up round.
3. Lock the choices and take a printout of the saved choices.
4. After the institute is allotted, keep your Unique Allotment ID ready. Do not disclose it to any person other than the admission officer of the allotted Institute.
5. After the allotment, pay the seat acceptance fee and download the allotment letter from the official website.
6. Report to the institute personally. Carry printed copies of their allotment letters and all academic and other documents for physical verification. Take all the documents in the original and one self-attested copy of each document.
