Q: Do I need to pay any seat acceptance fee for admission via JENPAS UG exam?

As per the guidelines issued by WBJEEB, a seat acceptance fee of INR 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) must be paid to download the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee, the current allotment will be cancelled. The candidate will not be considered for further rounds as well. The counselling process will be carried out online through the official website.

Who can apply for admission?

As per the guidelines issued by WBJEEB, not all candidates can apply to the BSc nursing course through JENPAS UG. Know who can apply to which type of college here:

Only Indian Citizens can apply.
Only Female candidates are eligible for admission in the BSc Nursing course in Government colleges. Males are not eligible for admission to government institutes for pursuing a nursing course.
Female candidates can also apply for admission to private colleges. There are a few private colleges meant for Male candidates only.
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for admission to paramedical courses in both Government and Private Colleges, except for the BSc Nursing programme.
