As per the admission criteria of the NFSU college, for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses, it has scrapped its dedicated National Forensic Admission Test (NFAT) and is accepting CUET scores. What is the NFSU?

The NFSU is one of India’s only universities dedicated to forensic studies. As an Institution of National Importance operating under the Ministry of Home Affairs, it holds high regard for candidates looking forward to making a career into the crime investigative domain. Earlier the entrance to this college was via their own NFAT entrance exam but now it is done through CUET. The application window closed on July 2, 2026. NFSU is managing seat allocation via its Central Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal.

3. Shortlisted candidates find their application numbers under "Call for Counselling" or placed on a designated waiting list. Physical document verification follows online selection.
