Mata Sundri College for Women offers a variety of extracurricular activities. The college has an NCC Unit, which is a part of the Army Wing of the National Cadet Corps with its headquarters in New Delhi. The college is associated with the 2 Delhi Girls Battalion, Rohini, which directs the college in the training and selection of cadets at different competitions at the National and State levels.
