Hi Gurwinder,
After B.Tech, you can pursue MS or PG Diploma. You must have secured around 75% to be accepted by a good university but different universities have different entry requirements. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. You should also get your degree evaluated by WES. Check directly with the colleges or universities before applying. See this:

You have not given your state entrance. Actually, it all depends on the difficulty level of exams & how many students prefer a particular branch. I feel you should be in 75 percentile to get admission in the college of your choice.

(a) Job: You can seek job in Public Sector units such as HAL, DRDO, ISRO, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Airlines as maintenance engineer, Aircraft manufacturing companies and it's ancillaries, R&D, teaching Institute, IT companies.
(b) You can appear for GATE or GRE to do MTech or MS respectively.
(c) You can appear for MBA entrance exams to seek admission in MBA.
Each option had its pros and cons. You can choose any one of the options as per your personal conditions and interests.
