IIT - Kharagpur indeed has aeronautical engineering branch. There are more colleges offering this branch of engineering in West Bengal.

For this programme, you should have science stream in class 11th and 12th with (physics, chemistry and maths subjects). After class 12th, either you have to appear for JEE exam or entrance exam for the particular university in which you want to apply.

After aeronautical engineering, it not good to do B.Sc in nautical science. What will be its benefits? You should do a Masters course related to your current engineering. Still, if you are asking, you have to take admission in B.Sc on the basis of your 12th to do this 3-years course.

Degree in aerospace engineering is same as in any other branch of engineering. There is no specific training required. Recruiters will hire you directly from the college.

In India, both these words are used as synonyms. Dictionary meaning is that : Aerospace is the industry which makes aeronautical products. You can do either of it. It's same.

Qualifying marks in 12th to appear for JEE Mains is 75%. Please have a re look at your marks. I sincerely advise you to go to career counsellor and seek guidance from him.

Aeronautical engineers handle design, manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft, helicopters and UAV, etc. and astronautically engineers, who design spacecraft, rockets, satellites, and others. Aeronautical engineering was the original term for the field. Both aerospace engineering and aeronautical engineers are niche branch of engineering with lot of similarities in the syllabus with almost 90% overlap.
There are lots of good career opportunities on completion of aeronautical/ aerospace engineering. You can join DRDO/ ISRO/ aviation manufacturing or its ancillary units/ Airlines/ Air Force/ Educational Institutes/ R&D Units / IT,
