Considering your percentage, the chances of getting admission to any IIT or NIT are very low. You can try as you belong to the SC category. You can also study in good private colleges like Panipat Insitute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Geeta University, etc. that do not give preference to JEE Mains.

Yes, it is possible to get a seat in aerospace engineering with a 95 percent in 12th and 80 in JEE. To gain entry into India's top engineering institutes, candidates must score highly on JEE Mains and JEE advanced exams.
The minimum requirements for pursuing a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering include passing Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in class 12. Physics course is mandatory.

After comparing reviews, I found out that SASTRA has a better lab facility than Jain University. The labs at SASTRA are well-equipped. SASTRA has CAD/CAM lab, Aerodynamics & Propulsion Lab, Aero Structures Lab, Automobile Lab, Dynamics Lab, Heat Transfer Lab, Machine shop, etc., to help students gain the practical knowledge.

The requirements for the B.Tech Aerospace Program at MIT School of Engineering & Science are:
- JEE 55% and above + PCM 50% and above
- CET 55% and above + PCM 50% and above
- PERA 90% and above + PCM 50% and above
Belonging to the NT-B category in Maharashtra will give you 5-10% relaxation. According to government norms up to 25-27% of seats are reserved for the NT-B/OBC category in Maharashtra.

To study UG in Aerospace Engineering in the USA, Cincinnati University is better choice than the Arizona State University in terms of tuition fees. The Cincinnati University BS in Aerospace Engineering is around INR 24 L for first-year while the Arizona State University BS in Aerospace Engineering is around INR 29 L. Therefore, you must choose Cincinnati to study BS in Aerospace Engineering instead of ASU.
