Considering your percentage, the chances of getting admission to any IIT or NIT are very low. You can try as you belong to the SC category. You can also study in good private colleges like Panipat Insitute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Geeta University, etc. that do not give preference to JEE Mains.

After comparing reviews, I found out that SASTRA has a better lab facility than Jain University. The labs at SASTRA are well-equipped. SASTRA has CAD/CAM lab, Aerodynamics & Propulsion Lab, Aero Structures Lab, Automobile Lab, Dynamics Lab, Heat Transfer Lab, Machine shop, etc., to help students gain the practical knowledge.

I hope it will help.

To study UG in Aerospace Engineering in the USA, Cincinnati University is better choice than the Arizona State University in terms of tuition fees. The Cincinnati University BS in Aerospace Engineering is around INR 24 L for first-year while the Arizona State University BS in Aerospace Engineering is around INR 29 L. Therefore, you must choose Cincinnati to study BS in Aerospace Engineering instead of ASU.
