Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 18054 and closing rank was 20752 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 27093 and 29194. Admission to Electrical Engineering in NIT Jamshedpur is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

The round 3 final allotment would be done by 3rd September, 20223 and if you haven't applied still and have missed another round you should be on the lookout for another round but also apply for other colleges, as there are many other good colleges also.

Yes, it is possible to join NIIT University without JEE. Here are the options available:
- Valid score in BITSAT, SAT, NEET, or any state engineering entrance examination.
- NUAT (NIIT University Aptitude Test) is mandatory for candidates who have not appeared in JEE-Main/BITSAT/SAT/NEET/any state engineering entrance examination.
- Separate exam for BTech entry conducted by NIIT University.
- For candidates who do not possess any of the above scores, they can appear for NUAT

The Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering accepts GATE scores for admission, however the institution predominantly administers admission through the Karnataka PGCET. Tech admission to MVJ College of Engineering Bangalore is dependent on
success in the KCET entrance exam.
In addition to KCET, the institute takes COMEDK UGET, AMPCK,
and JEE Main marks for admission to the management quota.
