Yes, it is possible to get M.Tech admissions with low GATE scores. However, it depends on certain factors, such as category, low cutoff drops in spot-counselling rounds. If you are aiming for NITs, then newly established NITs can be a good option. 

With a GATE 2025 score of 445 in EE, you have a good chance of getting into some IITs, but it's difficult to predict which ones specifically without knowing your rank and the specific programs you're interested in. 

• A GATE score of 445 is a good score, but you'll need to consider your All India Rank (AIR) to determine your eligibility for specific IITs. 
• Top IITs like Bombay, Delhi, and Madras typically have higher cutoffs, while newer IITs might be more accessible. 
• You should also consider the specific M.Tech programme you are interested in, as different programs within an IIT may have varying cutoffs. 

The minimum GATE score to get admission to IIT Bombay for M.Tech can depend on the branch applying for. However, the expected minimum GATE score (on the basis of past year cutoff trends) is 710 to 750+. This is the cutoff score for top branches like CSE, and ME. It can vary for differet subjects/branches. 

IISc Bangalore GATE cutoff 2025 has been concluded for M.Tech specialisations. The cutoff scores closed between 400 and 690, for the General AI category candidates. Therefore, for the General AI category candidates, it is possible to get admission to a few specialisations. Some of the top specialisations available at 500 score are M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, M.Tech. in Earth and Climate Sciences and M.Tech. in Smart Manufacturing.  

While VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) does not publicly release specific GATE score cutoffs for M.Tech Computer Science, a general understanding is that a good GATE score, along with a strong academic record, is highly beneficial for securing admission. 

Yes, SRMJEEE (PG) accepts GATE scores for admission. The GATE-qualified candidates are exempted from attempting the test. However, they must fill out the SRMJEEE PG application form and attend the SRMJEEE PG counselling process. The SRMJEEE PG application form will be available in three phases, and applicants can fill out the form as per their convenience. Candidates will be selected based on their GATE scores. 

Yes, the participating institutes will look for the COAP registration number on their M.Tech applications portal during admissions. Candidates who have applied for the admission to M.Tech in any of the participating institutes, will receive admission offers only via COAP. 

To access and take decision on the most preferred choice out of the offers (if any) made by participating institutes, each candidate should register and visit COAP. Without registering at COAP, the candidate will not be able to access the offers on COAP.
