This rank is not very good so, if you want to apply then, you can apply in some of the Private colleges. Also, some of the private colleges which comes under WBJEE is also quite good.
Also, you should check College predictor of the Shiksha as it can suggest you the best college.

Firstly, you need to understand how percentile is calculated it is calculated on the basis of no of Candidates in a specific shift & marks scored by them, the percentile describes about you performed better than how many students.
In your case, according to your percentile your JEE Mains score should be between 37 to 47 marks out of 300 which means you performed better than 70.111% students in your shift.

You might not get good NIT colleges and also good branch in NIT, you might have to take lower NIT and the branches will be like civil, chemical, environmental engineering
While for IIIT, you can try for IIIT Nagpur with lower branch, also, you can try. IIIT Ranchi.

No, it's not possible to get a seat at NIT in admission process 2025 with this JEE Mains score because your score 61 would be around 70-80 percentile which is very low as compared to the cutoff percentile of NITs even it is very difficult to get a lower ranked NITs like NIT Patna, Bhagalpur if you belong to Unreserved category there may be chance if you belong to SC ST category to get low ranked NITs.
