You can surely get admission through lateral entry after you complete your 3 year Diploma in BME or a related field. There are many colleges that offer this facility where you can directly enter the 2nd academic year of BTech BME course. You should have at least 50% marks in your Diploma final exams and clear relevant lateral entry admission tests.

Yes, you can get lateral entry to an MSc in IT. It will be a two-semester program. The eligibility requirements for MSc IT lateral entry will be the same. However, some colleges may require you to have certain work experience. The syllabus and curriculum are also the same for lateral entry students.

No, according to the Bar Council of India (BCI), there is no scope of "Lateral Entry" in LLB courses, that means you cannot join through mid ways. You need to start from the begining, i.e. first year and complete the full course.
