Congratulations on securing a very good rank in JEE Mains. Yes, you can get admission in NIT-Silchar for CSE. There is a good probability to get admission in this branch.

NIT Warangal is better than NIT Silchar. The NIRF ranking 2019 of NIT Warangal is 26 while that of Silchar is 51.

It is not possible, because NIT Silchar is top NIT, and you have to your rank with 2000.

As you have scored 18025 in SC category in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in NIT Silchar in electronics or any other branches in first round will be difficult for you.
