BHU B.Ed course is of two-year duration. It is available in different areas of specialisation, including Science, Languages, Mathematics, Special Education, etc. BHU B.Ed admission is now done based on CUET-PG scores. The University follows National Council of Technical Education (NCTE) guidelines for admission to B.Ed programme admission.

BHU cutoff 2025 was released for multiple specialisations. Based on the last round cutoff, the closing ranks varied between 1489 and 14447 for the General AI quota. So, if you belong to the General category, you must target to secure JEE Advanced cutoff rank of up to 14447 or below to secure a seat at IIT BHU for BTech admission. For top branches like CSE and Mathematics and Computing, the maximum required cutoff ranks for admission were 1489 and 1924 in the last round.
