- For candidates belonging to the EWS category, the latest EWS certificate issued by the competent authority.
- A rural area certificate. If the candidate comes from a rural area, they must produce a certificate of schooling in non-municipal areas for a minimum period of any four years from class 1 to class 12 (Form-II).
- Study certificates for class 6 to class 12.
- Proof of receipt towards application registration fee of INR 2000/- (for General) / INR 1000/- (for SC/ST/PH).
