RVRJC College of engineering review.
Placements: At present, I am studying in my 2nd year in CSE (data science) at RVRJC College of Engineering. If you look at the placements of our college, this year we get 845 placements. But many students do not receive offer letters. As far as my knowledge, companies are coming but placements are not offered. At the end of the day, it is our talent to get a placement.
Infrastructure: Hostel food is average but at that price, it is okay. Juniors' hostel rooms are good compared to seniors'. We have a gym and sports arena in the hostel. We also have computer labs and a playground. Many sports competitions will happen at college hostel. Infrastructure is so good. Labs are also good and well-equipped, except for some.
Faculty: Some faculty members are excellent but many of them are average. For data science and CSE related, courses curriculum is good. Exams are not that tough to pass. We have 8 semesters in exams, and many subjects in each semester except the first semester. Teachers are average but some teachers are excellent.
Other: Data science is best at this RVRJC College of Engineering.

College is above average in all aspects.
Placements: The highest package is about 50 LPA ,the average package is about 4-5 LPA, and the lowest package is around 1.8 LPA. Amazon, Wipro, TCS, and Accenture are top recruiters as of my knowledge. 60 to 80% students were being placed. There was the highest placement rate in the academic year 2024.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available, and the hostel facilities are also above average. It consists of featured classrooms and equipped laboratories. The quality of food is also good. The college provides all the facilities for sports and games. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers are well-trained, qualified, and helpful to students. Semester exams will be conducted very strictly to avoid malpractices, and the curriculum will be designed in such a way that it is not too difficult. The pass percentage is 80% as of I know.

It's a good college in Guntur.
Placements: Recently, TCS visited our college in December 2024. Our seniors are placed in various jobs like 7 members get 9 LPA - 11 LPA jobs, 56 members get 7 LPA jobs, and 262 members get 3 LPA - 4.5 LPA jobs. If you want more information, check my college website. In my college, recently the highest package is 46 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good. But college provides a gym, basketball courts, volleyball courts, etc. Our hostel also provides indoor badminton court, volleyball court, basketball court, outdoor badminton courts, drawing hall, and study hall. Food is okay, not so the worst and not so good also.
Faculty: Our curriculum is good because it includes courses like NPTEL which is an IIT course. If we have above 8.5 CGPA then we can do extra courses in other branches. Faculty members are good, I am saying in our branch. Exams are easy to pass. Semester time is the same as other colleges, except for 1st year.
Other: In my college, we can enjoy one fest- 2 days, fresher day, annual day, and graduation day. In my college, every month there is one event like dance competition, drawing competition, etc.

Absolutely dissatisfied. Faculty and placements were good in 2014.
Placements: 80% of students are placed in our college. Faculty is good and helpful for students who are placed in a career. The highest package is 48 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. 60% of students got internships at Amazon and TCS. 48 LPA is the package offered in my course. Students are placed in different countries because they studied in our college.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility. Labs are clean, and all substances are available to students. The facilities in our college are good. Games and sports are also available. Canteen food is high in price (chapathi). Other items are okay. Classrooms are good, and library is also available. The infrastructure is good. There are good facilities in my course.
Faculty: The quantity of teachers teaching is good and helpful for exams. The students who have failed and have knowledge of lectures are better/excellent. Conducting the semester exams in our college is good. 40% is the pass percentage. Curriculum is relevant to my side, and doesn't make the students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because of my parents' force and the computer. I wish to improve coding, and all are available.

It's a very good college.
Placements: The highest package offered was 50 LPA. Last academic year, the highest package offered was 10.5 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The top hiring companies were Tata, Wipro, Bajaj Finance, Data Economy, etc. The top roles offered were beginner-level engineer and developer.
Infrastructure: Most of the infrastructure in classes is the same across all branches, but there could be some improvements. Some of benches are old and broken, and some projectors were not properly installed. Nes men's hostel is the best choice, if you want to enroll in a good hostel, other private hostels were not good enough.
Faculty: Faculty who teach classes are qualified and well knowledgeable, they help us to grow professionally and mentally. Most of the curriculum is related to core concepts of this course, so it does make students industry-ready. More than 80% of students get a passing rate. We have prepared quite well for the semester exams.
Other: When compared with other colleges and universities, there won't be that many extracurricular activities, but we do have three to four grand events. I have chosen this course because it aligns with my career goals and to build a set of skills.

RVR & JC College of Engineering review.
Placements: 10-15 members get campus placements. The highest package offered in the previous year was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our branch are Medha and Sri Sai Equipments. About 20% of students do an actual internship other than the one the college offers. Top roles offered were beginner-level engineer.
Infrastructure: I am satisfied with the present classes, they are way better than the ones I had in intermediate. Most of the labs have air conditioning. Hostels are fine, but we shouldn't have many expectations, some bathrooms are bad, and food is a compromise. Apart from those two, the NES means is the best as it offers more security than the other private hostels, and the NES hostel is a value for money.
Faculty: Faculty takes good care of students and explains everything clearly. They clarify most of the doubts, and we maintain a good teacher-student relationship. Our HOD is quite strict. Curriculum is relevant to our selected course, and it does make us industry-ready. Semester exams are quite easy compared to the mid-term exams they conduct every 2 months.
Other: Personally, I am so passionate about machines and the further development of machines, so I chose mechanical engineering. Most of the curriculum revolves around theories and explanations, but I think we need more practical exposure to understand the way they actually work. Extra-curricular activities are encouraged by our college, and sports events and competitions were also conducted.
