College situated in Dev Bhoomi, the land of mother Ganga.
Placements: This course provides the degree of MBBS. After that, you can pursue post graduation, in which you will get good amount of money per month along with studies. You can become a medical officer and get a job. Genuinely speaking, becoming a doctor has great opportunities.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. We have air-conditioned, good seats, and good strength to accommodate people. Library has everything available like air-conditioning, all books, Wi-Fi, and a central library. There is no AC in hostel. Hostel for boys is okay, not as good as girls' hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified. This institute of national importance has great academics. All the syllabus is relevant to the curriculum. Semester exams are tough enough. There are 4 exams in a year but there are many monthly assessments. Passing percentage is 50%.

All you need to know about AIIMS Rishikesh.
Placements: Here at AIIMS Rishikesh, we have a batch of 125 students, including boys and girls. We have courses for MBBS, paramedical, and nursing. After completion of 4.5 years, we have an internship of 1 year, during which we are given a stipend of Rs. 35,000.
Infrastructure: Our college has various LTs where batch-wise regular classes are held. Our classes are well-equipped with central ACs, projectors, and green boards. The classroom is pretty well-equipped for the accommodation of 200 students. We also have department-wise labs, and the labs are well-equipped with all instruments and other facilities.
Faculty: The teachers here are very experienced and have a lot of teaching experience. Each professional year, we have two term exams: a pre-professional exam and a professional exam. Our exams consist of both theory and practicals. In theory, we have both MCQs and subjective questions. The passing marks are around 50 percent.
Other: I chose this college because of the scope of research it carries. Moreover, it is the second-best AIIMS. The ambience of this college is also pretty good compared to other colleges, where there is a lot of pollution and crowding. The scenic beauty of this college is also very good.

AIIMS Rishikesh: A hidden gem among AIIMS.
Placements: In MBBS, there are no placements; you do have to complete 1 and 1/2 years of internships to pass and you get paid a good amount compared to other colleges, especially private colleges. After MBBS, you can either take a PG exam and specialize further, get some jobs with just an MBBS degree or even try UPSC CMSE. A lot of options are there. You also have the opportunity to go to electives in India and abroad to gain more experience and get a really good CV. Some research electives pay you even if you have shown promise, which makes it easier to get a job in research institutes. According to my information, the average salary for top residence programs in India is around 7 lacs per year, and it is even higher if you live abroad.
Infrastructure: The AIIMS Campus consists of 3 diamond-shaped buildings connected to each other, with one more building being built at present. One of them is the college building, consisting of 6 floors, each with 2 to 3 departments and on the 5th floor, a surprisingly big library that is open 24/7, even on festivals so you can study at your own pace if you want. Each floor also has 1 lecture hall with enough ACs to keep you warm during the summer and heaters during the winter as the temperature in Rishikesh goes to the extreme. There is Wi-Fi available in the library, which is good, especially at night; otherwise, there is AIIMS Wi-Fi, which is pretty bad at most places. The hostel you receive in your first year is, honestly, bad. You are put in a room made for a single person but you live with a roommate, which doesn't sound that bad in the beginning, but during the summer you will hate it in your room and it will be pretty messed up unless you are a clean freak. But it does get better in the second year when you get your own washrooms and can attach an AC and, biggest of all, a big room, so yes, just suffer through the first year. The mess facility is unexpectedly good most of the time, with a menu that can be changed in a meeting every month with the hostel secretary.
Faculty: The faculty are one of the best, especially the first-year ones; they are so helpful in interacting with the excessive syllabus loads you get just after NEET since that syllabus is nothing compared to even anatomy. During dissection, the student-to-cadaver ratio is 10:1, with the ability to dissect three times a week at least. The faculty also promotes UG research, helping those students interested in it. The first-year course is roughly completed in 8 months, which sounds like less time, but trust me, you end up completing it because you are made to study with regular Viva every week and monthly exams but you don't need to always stress on them because they are just too difficult, especially in biochemistry.
Other: There are events happening regularly, roughly every 3 months, which doesn't spoil your studies too much if you manage well. The college fest is called Pyrexia and is the last, and since pyrexia didn't happen during the pandemic years, Pyrexia 2023, complete it all. There are also clubs that suit most people's interests, and if you find enough people who like your hobby, you could even make one.

My MBBS from the AIIMS Rishikesh.
Placements: AIIMS is one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India. In this college, almost 100% of the students get placements in the MBBS programme. The average package offered was 8-15 LPA for the MBBS programme. Top recruiters in the college were Apollo Hospital, Max Health Care, AIIMS DELHI, AIIMS Rishikesh etc. The top roles offered were doctors, intern doctors etc.
Infrastructure: AIIMS Rishikesh has a very good infrastructure for the MBBS Course. Proper labs and medical facilities were available for the student's learning. The college has Wi-Fi, a library, canteens and sports facilities for the students. Hostel facility was offered to the students. Hostel rooms were furnished and big enough. Mess food was good to eat.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college were highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of the college was amazing. The course curriculum was relevant and it made the students industry-ready. Exams were hard and to pass them students had to study hard.

Best College in India is AIIMS.
Placements: AIIMS is well known for the best placements. In MBBS, 100% is the placement percentage. The highest package is 35 lakh per annum, and the lowest is 12 lakh per annum. Most of our students are doctors and some of them are placed in Health Care such as top Hospitals, and Researchers in companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides hostel facilities. Infrastructure is shiny. Our department has facilities such as internet connection, and a library with vast number of books. The canteen’s food is good. Mess also provides good food. Many games can be played here.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful really and they are god like to us. They teach in many ways so that students can understand them. Each concept is important in MBBS. Our teachers are master minds and they have knowledge of all the concepts. They make us doctors with their experience. Semester exams are hard to pass.

I am totally satisfied with the facilities available here at AIIMS RISHIKESH.
Placements: As being a medical college, almost all the students here are placed. In medical profession there is no average package. As you grow in experience, your income increases at every step. Most private medical hospitals across the country recruit from this college. 100% students who pass their exams are given internships.
Infrastructure: All the lecture theatres are modernized and centrally air conditioned with Wi-Fi facilities and all modern facilities. For library, we have a central library with access to all the Editorial, Research and Journal across the globe. Mess and canteen are hygienic and up to the mark. In sports we have cricket, soccer, kabaddi, lawn tennis, table tennis, badminton, chess, pool, snooker, basketball and volleyball.
Faculty: We have an excellent line of faculty members available to teach and mentor us through every stepping stone of the course. We follow OSPE, OSCE and MCQ based pattern with 50% internal markings. Difficulty depends on the individual. The more you utilise your time the more easy it becomes.
