Many people unknowingly land into this course. So please research well before taking admission.

Placements: As I'm a 2nd semester student, I've witnessed placements of my seniors in many of the reputed institutions and companies. As per placements, most of them are in electronic media, followed by print media. Skills are taught such as videography, photography, as well as high-end editing and language proficiency. Three stars are given as the student placements to year ratio is decreasing. One can complete a Bachelor's to become a videographer, anchor, content writer, video editor, graphic designer, and photographer as well. As it is a vocational course, it provides a lot only if one is able to handle it.

Infrastructure: For classrooms, 5 out of 6 classrooms are air-conditioned, and there is a library, studio, and editing lab with the same. As far as the hostel is concerned, a new hostel is constructed with a top-notch living area, which is budget-friendly too. The quality of food is better than most of the hostels of other colleges, and most of the hostels have a very large playground for all sorts of sports. The university takes care of the health of students, as students are provided with health insurance from day one. Hostels as well as the center have good connectivity.

Faculty: To be candid, teachers are knowledgeable, and so is their teaching quality. All of them are punctual as well as well-behaved. If we leave photography behind, every course is relevant, and if a student works hard enough, he is good to go. Sessional tests as well as semesters are conducted, and with reasonable study efficiency, it could be easily passed as there are no backlogs of any student in my course right now.

Other: I chose it because I thought it was my type of work: speaking up boldly and writing my heart out. Still, there needs to be some modernization and events for students to enjoy. Exposure levels need to be raised to the level of IIMC Delhi. The center is good, and so are the staff, so all in all, it is a good place.
