Review of Amity University, Gurugram.
Placements: Biotechnology is a field of research. Around 40% of the students got placed in companies on the campus. The salary package offered for a fresh competent candidate in biotech is around 2.5 to 7.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Macquarie Global Services Private Limited, Beta Three, Quality Tutorial Pvt Ltd CampK12, Pepsico India Holdings Pvt Ltd, Merck Life Sciences, etc.
Infrastructure: The biotechnology department is in A-block, where we have different labs, i.e., animal biotechnology lab, plant biotechnology lab, genetic lab, etc. We get free Wi-Fi on the campus, and there are many cafeterias on the campus. The central library acts as a hub for students and faculty members.
Faculty: Faculty members of the biotechnology department are quite knowledgeable and helpful. They help students with their doubts. Semester exams are quite difficult because faulty members want students to do self-study and refer to different books to gain knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in researching. Fests are conducted on different occasions.

The college has very supportive teachers, eco-friendly infrastructure, and good laboratories.
Placements: Various companies visit our college over the year, and a good number of students got placements. Every year, skill development programs are organised on the campus, so a high number of students get placements. The selection is made on the basis of interviews, and training is also provided.
Infrastructure: The college has a very eco-friendly environment and building. Cleanness is one of the most attractive things, which is most satisfying. Laboratory facilities are up to date to match model instruments and protocols. Laboratories are well-designed to reach students' requirements.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are highly satisfactory as per the curriculum. All faculty members are doctorate holders and highly experienced. The friendly nature of faculty members is very inspiring and motivating. The course curriculum is good, but still, it needs improvements as per requirements. Faculty members are highly educated, experienced and very cooperative.
Other: The biotechnology industry and research-oriented programs have motivated me to fulfill my dreams.

Yes, you can get admission in BPT as minimum eligibility is 60% and you have scored around 85. So, definitely, you are eligible for BPT course. So, just look out for the college which you want to apply.
