Placements: Galgotias University has a strong reputation for placements. The course-wise data for placement is not available. The highest package Rs. 1.5 crore and the average package for most courses was around Rs. 5-6 lacs. Generally, biotechnology students work as research associates, lab technicians, and quality control analysts. The companies that hire B.Sc. Biotechnology includes Cipla, Biocon, Dr. Reddy's, and Sun Pharma. The university has maintained a great placement record with a placement rate of around 98% in recent years.

Infrastructure: Galgotias University offers a well-equipped infrastructure with several blocks and a new building being constructed with advanced infrastructure. The department has modern laboratories for microbiology, biochemistry, and genetic engineering. It also has smart classrooms with projectors and Wi-Fi facilities. The library is well-stocked with textbooks, research papers, and journals. It provides both AC and non-AC rooms. The mess food quality is average.

Satisfied with the faculty, good placement in 2024, good infrastructure and facilities etc.

Placements: Most students opt for master's after this course. Around 10-15 students are placed, and some of them try for off-campus placement. The highest salary offered is 7.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The course offers various roles depending on your skills. Lab assistant is the top role.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are good and spacious, and each desk has a charging point. However, Airtel network won't work and Jio works best. The library is quite good. For female students, the hostel is in GCET Galgotias College in Knowledge Park. It has good features, including Wi-Fi and a gym.

Faculty: The teachers at this college are highly qualified, and most of them are IIT graduates. Even the dean is an IIT graduate. They are very helpful and understanding. The course curriculum is designed to give students exposure to how the industry works in this field. To pass the course, we need to get at least 40% in each subject.

Other: I chose this university because it is ranked 3rd in biotechnology, and the fees are reasonable. However, if you are living in Delhi, it will cost you a lot in travel because the university is located in the outskirts. The events are good, and celebrities come for their promotions. For example, Kartik Aryan came for the promotion of "Bhul Bhulaiya." The crowd is good, and the university provides scholarships and club activities.

Good university campus and comfortable campus life, and satisfied.

Placements: Placement record is very low. Not all students get placed. Only engineering students get their placement through campus. The average package of engineering students is 4 LPA. From my course, approximately 30% of students get their placement from the University campus.

Infrastructure: AC is available in every class. The library has a very peaceful environment and the canteen of my college is very big and every shop has a variety of menus with delicious taste. The hostel canteen is only available for hostel students and they have a 4-time meal and a big dining area. Sports facilities are available for hostel students.

Faculty: The teachers of my university are well-qualified and have experience in teaching. The course curriculum is so relevant for students to be ready for industry and for practical life. Semester exams are quite difficult and the passing percentage is 60%. The faculty are so helpful.

Other: The events and fests of my college are very famous in Delhi NCR.

Placements: Placements for my course are quite few. Placements of B.Tech students are good in this college. There are some company visits for my course for placements. The average package for my course is 3-4 lacs, and the highest package is 6-7 lacs. There are few companies who visited: Fitelo and Rínix. Most companies who visited are from sales. Most of the students from my course don't want placements; they want to go for higher studies. My college doesn't provide internships if you want to do it; you can do it by yourself and for it you are not going to pay.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good and beautiful. Wi-Fi facilities are there but there are a lot of network issues on campus. There are 6 blocks in college (A, B, C, D, E, and F), but the main three campuses are A, B, and C, where all teaching work is held. There are two libraries and so many books are here so you can borrow the choice of book you want any time. If I talk about labs, there are many labs, but the availability of instruments is less. Hostel facilities are only for boys on the main campus; there is no hostel for girls. If I talk about food, then it's quite good. As I asked my friends, they told me that the taste is good and you can eat it. There is also one cafeteria, which is quite expensive. The annual fee of the hostel is 1,50,000.

Faculty: Faculty members are quite good. They are so helpful, supportive and understanding. If I talk about their qualifications, then most of them are Ph.D.s and postdocs. The teaching quality is also good; some of them make you understand by presentation in class and then send you pdfs and PPTs to read at home and some of them teach you by making notes. Semester exams are easy to moderate. If you are an average student, you can pass it. Passing criteria is 40%, including MTE and ETA.

Other: I chose this course because I have great interest in research and this college is also in the Delhi NCR region. You have an interest in research or you want to make discoveries so you can join this. If I talk about events, then there are so many events that happen here every 2–3 days. Campus crowd is so much; I mean, it's so crowded. There is a great scope of extracurricular activities as there are many clubs for dance, music, marketing, modelling, art and craft, etc. Other than that so many festivals also happen here every 2-3 months and you can also get to see so many celebrities and influencers, so yes, it's quite exciting and enjoyable.

My experience of this college is average.

Placements: I am doing BSc medical biotechnology and I am from the 22-25 batch. The placement of my college is average. Many companies do visit but they offer the roles of sales and executive. The average package is 3 LPA, and you are eligible to sit in placement from your 3rd year.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of my university is good. Labs classroom and library facilities are up to the marks. Wifi is available in every block but only for the faculties. If you have a password, you can access the network. Many books are available in the library.

Faculty: Faculties are highly qualified and experienced. They are highly knowledgeable in their specific domains. They are very helpful to us. The course curriculum is good but it needs modification. The semester exams are not that difficult. You can score good marks by going through all the study materials.

Other: I chose this course because of future opportunities.
