Amazing infrastructure, decent placements and very supportive teachers.
Placements: Placements were good but not great during my batch. Almost all students got placements. Salary packages started from around 2,00,000 and the highest package was around 6,00,000. Roles related to coding and project management in tech profiles were offered. Around 50-60% people got internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was never an issue in Amity. Everything from classrooms to medical rooms are amazingly maintained. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The library is really good. The campus is hygienic. The canteen is amazing with a lot of variety. Hostels are good. No issue was faced.
Faculty: The experience in terms of the faculty was pretty good. Teachers are extremely helpful and supportive. Practical knowledge is something which everyone prefers and follows. The ratio is similar at 1:1. A lot of industrial visits were arranged which helped us in getting experience.

Great infrastructure, amazing placements but a lot of hard work from students.
Placements: The campus placements were good in Amity-Lucknow. Almost 80-90% of the students who appeared for the placements were placed in companies but majorly the criteria is CGPA> 6.5. There were many good MNCs like Wipro Technologies, Genpact-Headstrong, Capegemini and startups like PayU Money, Think and Learn, etc. Mainly, the roles offered were technical roles for freshers like Associate SE or Project Engineer. Some companies also offered management roles like Think and Learn. The maximum package offered was by PayU of 8 LPA but one negative point was that many companies that came for campus placements were only for the students from Amity Noida like Accenture, Aricent, etc.
Infrastructure: Amity-Lucknow stands out when it comes to infrastructure. It had one of the most beautiful campus in Uttar Pradesh. The Wi-Fi connectivity is also unlimited with good network in the entire college including the hostels. There are Badminton, Tennis, Basketball and Football courts available for outdoor games. Also, indoor games like Carom, Chess and Table Tennis can be played. There was free gym available to all the hostellers. We also had an annual 3 day Sports Festival in our college. There is an M.B.B.S. doctor available along with an ambulance for emergency for 24 hours. There were different computer labs available for different subjects.
Faculty: The faculty members were qualified and knowledgeable but some of the faculty members don’t teach well. We also had a quarterly faculty feedback session which allowed students to share their problems with the administration. The teaching method includes oral, presentations, board and explanation and the practical in the labs. The student to faculty ratio is almost 1:50. There wasn't any internship organised from the college as such. The students themselves had to find industry exposure. The curriculum has been approved at national as well as international levels. 75% attendance was mandatory.
Other: It was a better college than other private engineering colleges. There was value added courses like German and French classes. There was a personality grooming class every week for the entire academic session which helps in getting students interview-ready and help us to improve our communication skills as well. There was also a behavioural science class every week which helped students to face various aspects of life like himself, social engagements, professional life, etc.

Other: College is good. But too expensive for below middle-class family, if I talk about computer lab, it is good, proper ventilation is here, all air conditioner are working good, all computer systems are working in the lab, there are LED screen desktops which look attractive.

Other: The campus provides an awesome range of facilities and infrastructure for sports and fitness, on par with the best in the world. The classrooms are very comfortable. The teachers are quite dedicated. A weightage of 30% was given to internal exams and 70% to external exams. Apart from technical subjects, we were also taught other subjects like behavioral science, communication skills and accent, which help the students in preparing for the placements. The placements are average. The college is usually visited by around 10-15 IT companies during its placement season.

Other: It is a huge and beautiful 50 acres campus. Faculties are good. Maintaining 75% attendance is mandatory for the students otherwise they will not be able to give the respective subject exam. Fees is comparatively higher than any other college in Lucknow. Fees is almost the double. Crowd is good and descent. Placement are good for computer science engineering students. Almost 60-70% student get placed in an avg. salary of 3-4 lacs per annum. Verdict: there is no way to compensate for the attendance. 75% is really mandatory. Overall the college is very good. "Amiphoria" is the cultural event held once a year in February. Student enjoy almost.
