There are good placements, if we study well here.
Placements: 85% of the students are placed in this course. 62 LPA can be the highest package offered to students at the time of placement. Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc., are the companies, which recruit students from Amity for our course. About internships, we don't get any support from the college, we have to do it on our own.
Infrastructure: Rooms and labs are good and well-maintained. Library is very pretty and is available for everyone to go to and enjoy studying. Hostel seems to be good, as I was a day scholar, I guess they are good too from the inside. Food provided is accessible for day scholars too, but we have to pay for it.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. They support students on every point if an issue occurs. The teaching quality is average, but not below-average. The course is very relevant for those who are keen on the automobile industry and its features. Semester exams are not difficult, they are easy and good.

I had an amazing experience at the college. Infrastructure, classrooms, crowd, etc., were great.
Placements: Around 20% of the students from our batch got placements in automobile companies. The highest salary package offered here was around 10 LPA-11 LPA, and it was provided by Google. The lowest salary package of 2 LPA is mostly offered by Tata Tech. About 18% of the students were hired by Hyundai. The top role offered here was graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: Amity University is a great university in terms of infrastructure and hostel. You will get everything here like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, all types of sports and medical facilities. I don't stay in the hostel, but one of my friends stays in it. He said that it was good. But the quality of the food served is average and not much great.
Faculty: Among all the faculty members available here, most of them are from Tata, so they are highly experienced in teaching the subject. Experts used to visit here from around the world to teach us for few hours. The course curriculum was good, and we became industry-ready. But only 20% of us got placements.
Other: I have chosen this course because automobile engineering is unique because it has collaborated with Tata Tech. Lots of events are organised every day.

All over amazing experience undoubtedly but placements need some improvement.
Placements: 60% of students were placed. The highest package was 5 LPA in my course B.Tech mechanical and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, TCS etc. The top role offered is graduate engineer trainees. Students joined different companies for internship.
Infrastructure: All practical Labs, libraries, classes including canteens were finely infrastructure. Proper chemistry labs were there. Wi-Fi was available in the campus. Hostels, mess, medical facility and even sports grounds are finely facilitated with everything.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us in every way possible throughout the engineering. PPTs, notes and even assignments were provided. Portals were made for students to access study material. Many teachers even gave extra classes.
Other: I wish to improve placement facilities as they told to place 100% of the students but it wasn't met totally. Events, fests, campus, activities, scholarships are highly amazing when it comes to amity.

The college provides good exposure for specialised learning.
Placements: The first batch of the college will get placed by next year. Most probably, Tata Technologies will hire students during the last 6 months for training. The overall placement percentage is yet to be observed as it is the first batch to get placed. However, other technical domains have shown significant campus placement records.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is specialised with industry learning labs such as cut section labs for automobiles that have half cut sections of Tata Indica and Sumo. The labs have disassembled Hyundai i10 and Maruti Suzuki Celerio for benchmarking. CAD labs are installed with Creo and CATIA software for software practices. Students have access to CAM labs with 3D printers and laser cutting machines.
Faculty: The faculty members from Tata Technologies are highly experienced. But the faculty members from Amity of specific posts are not quite supportive both regarding curriculum and extracurricular activities. Faculty members should be more reasonable and supportive for the better growth of students.

Overall, it is a good college. It offers all the courses.
Placements: I am a student of 2016-2020 batch, so we don't know much about the placements. However, a lot of companies visit our college to hire students from other branches. They offered good salary packages. Companies like Voltas, TATA, Godrej, and many other companies visited our college for recruitment. Overall, the placement criterion is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and well-designed. There are proper signs to show the ways to the blocks. Proper sanitation facilities and air-conditioned canteens are available in all the blocks. It is easy for the easy for the students to go to the nearest canteen. The college provides a proper security ID card, and students have to clear the fingerprint verification process before entering the college.
Faculty: The course curriculum is well-designed. They maintain proper timetable and assignments for every subject. A hectic schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM has disappointed students with the timetable. Faculty members are good at times, and sometimes they are not good. The teachers are helpful, kind, and funny.
Other: Every year, they organise an event named Amity Youth Fest. The campus crowd is good.

The fee structure has always been a problem for Amity, but we hope for the best to happen.
Placements: We don't know about the placements at present as we are the first batch, but we have heard that Amity has a 100% placement rate. However, we will be having guaranteed placements as we can infer from all the sayings of our faculty members and the respected head of institute and HOD.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in college, and we never have any problems related to infrastructure. There is a huge library which has all the books related to our curriculum, and the best part is that we can get any book issued irrespective of our course curriculum.
Faculty: Half of our faculty members are from Tata and the other half are from Amity. Faculty members of Tata are extremely experienced and teach us Tata related subjects whereas faculty members of Amity teach us the core engineering subjects. We love the subjects that Tata faculty members teach us. Therefore we are more inclined towards them as compared to faculty members of Amity.
Other: Amity has always had an amazing fest and invites well-known artists to the campus to increase the fun manifolds.

The college should have worked more towards the betterment of the placements.
Placements: The placements were alright. 70-80% of the students were placed. The average salary offered was 3.2 LPA, and the highest was 7 LPA. 10-15 companies visited the campus. Less than 50% of the students got internships from the college. There is a placement cell in the college. They can increase the efficiency of placements by targeting PPO companies so that there is less load during final placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided were good. Wi-Fi, labs, AC classrooms were available. The digital library was constructed in 2013. Other infrastructure expansions which consisted of a food court, gymnasium were also provided. The rooms provided are good. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues at my college, during my tenure.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. Digital technology used to teach topics was very interesting. The student-faculty ratio was 25:1. We got some industry exposure at my college. Every subject that was taught was very useful to build the person I am today.
Other: Fests, sports events and other competitions were held at the college.

A great place to cultivate the qualities for being successful.
Placements: Placements vary from year to year. Job market fluctuations had decreased the number of companies arriving to take students for my senior batch. But since 2015, the situation has progressively been improving. No matter how bad the market is, no deserving student is left back without a job.
Infrastructure: Best you can find compared to most other private colleges in India. Classrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and equipped with great quality of speaker systems so that no student has to compromise on the quality of lectures no matter where she sits. Labs are clean, modern, well-equipped and organized. Lab staff takes great care that students stay disciplined and don't cause injuries to themselves while working. Wi-Fi speed used to be 20mbps back in 2015. I'm sure it would be much more now. Sports facilities are really nice. I used to play squash and basketball. No complaints whatsoever on this front.
Faculty: In all departments, one can find faculty members with a lifetime of experience and a treasure trove of real-life analogies which they use to make classes interesting. Engineering departments of Amity are especially good as students get exposure to industry expertise right from 2nd year. Curriculum is balanced and more focus is laid on the innovative aspect of the courses. I used to be someone who drew his inspiration from lab work. And it's been a very good experience throughout the four years.
Other: Amity campus is a self-sufficient place. There is a wonderful central library. Al laboratories are well-equipped and lab assistants are knowledgeable and caring. Cultural events, intellectual competitions, cause clubs and activities take place on every day of the year. There are a plethora of sports options for the after-class hours with best in class infrastructure. In-campus Hostels life is wonderful.

Dear Lekhraj - Being a student of MBA I don't have a good idea of the Automobile engineering course but yes as far as my outlook towards the concern of package is I can say that it totally depends on the company and the type of job profile being offered. But yes this I can say that Amity ensures 100
