Arka Jain University MBA admission is entrance-based. The university shortlists applicants for its MBA programme based on their performance in AJUCET conducted by AJU or any one of the accepted entrance exams. The university accepts the exam scores of various national-level entrance exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. Candidates with a valid exam score in any one of these exams can apply for direct admission to the university, subject to the fulfilment of the AJU MBA eligibility criteria. Arka Jain University's MBA application process is conducted online as well as offline. The application fee for both modes is INR 1000 for General Category and INR 500 for SC/ ST/ OBC. The steps included in the application process are given below:

For the online application process:

1. Visit the official website of AJU
2. Click on “Apply Online” displayed on the upper-right corner of the screen
3. Register yourself by entering your name, mobile number and email address
4. Fill out the application form by entering the required details
5. Submit the application form by clicking on the “Submit” button
6. Pay the application fee online via debit/credit cards or net banking

For offline application process:

Visit the admission office at the University campus and collect the application form by paying the application fee. Submit the duly filled application form at the admission office.

A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent must have been earned by the student, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% (45% for candidates from reserved categories) or higher. A minimum of three years of education must be completed following higher secondary school (10+2) for the candidate to receive a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification. Any of the following national-level entry exams—CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, and XAT—must be passed with distinction.

It is generally advised to aim for above 80th percentile on recognised tests such as CAT or MAT for greater chances of being invited for the GD & PI and being shortlisted, even though the university does not declare particular minimum percentiles. GD and PI, or group discussions and personal interviews, are extended to the shortlisted candidates.These rounds evaluate applicant fit for the programme overall as well as communication skills, motivation, teamwork, and career objectives.
