Considering pursuing an MBA in 2026? Looking for ways to evaluate the right programme and institute, and to make sure that you derive value out of the degree you choose to pursue? If you have more such queries, then continue reading below to get answers to these questions and details about the Live Webinar being specially arranged for MBA Aspirants by REVA Business School.

Over the years, the selection of an MBA course has always been a tough decision to make. Year after year, aspirants have evaluated courses and institutions in terms of conventional criteria such as faculty, placement, specialisations, etc. However, today’s aspirants are also posing a few more fundamental questions before evaluating institutions.

With a rapidly changing work environment, job profiles redesigned by AI and ever-evolving expectations of the employers, today’s students are evaluating differently. Students are questioning the relevance of AI in their management careers, the skills that are in highest demand by the organizations and whether their specializations are going to remain relevant in the coming years.

And the most common question of all is whether AI makes an MBA less valuable? Although AI has revolutionized how businesses operate through report writing, automation and even data analysis; there is something in business that will never change and that is the necessity of competent managers and leaders. With routine activities being automated by AI, the more strategic, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills are always in-demand by businesses. There is no denying that AI is merely adding to the value of the skills that students gain in an MBA course and making them more valuable to the organizations.

To top this, there are some skills such as digital fluency and communications that are always required by employers. Such skills have to be inculcated in MBA programmes. The right MBA programmes must be able to help students to get the necessary skills in demand at all times. Also, the specialisation students wish to take up in an MBA programme varies from individual to individual, and is based on the career path that the individual wishes to take up.

The live online webinar - MBA in 2026: The Questions That Matter Before You Decide scheduled on September 6, 2026, 11:00 am conducted by Dr. Shubha A, Dean, REVA Business School is particularly meant for MBA aspirants to clarify these need of the hour questions. The objective of the webinar is to provide answers to prevalent questions and reveal the way to choose the right MBA programme.

Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (SirMVIT) offers a traditional engineering environment backed by an older, established legacy.

On the other side, REVA University has better modern infrastructure, an updated  syllabus and more dynamic campus placements.
