Assam Down Town Universityranks 233 out of 272 colleges in 2023. It offers total of 64 courses at the diploma, UG and PG.

The annual educational fees of Assam Down Town University are -

ADTU considers the TJEE Cutoff for admission to various BSc programmes for all categories. The ADTU TJEE Cutoff in 2022 ranged from 1068 to 4650 for the General AI category candidates. The easiest specialisation was BSc in Food Nutrition and Dietetics and the hardest was BSc in Microbiology. ADTU Guwahati is a popular university in Assam that gives courses in different specialisations. Assam down town University (ADTU) admissions are open for all courses. For MBA admissions there is no entrance test required.  Admission is done on the basis of aggregate score in graduation which should be around 50 %. To get admission in BTech course at AdtU, JEE mains conducted by NTA is considered with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognised university. TJEE counselling is considered for BSc admission at Assam Down Town University (ADTU).

For B.Tech : at Assam Down Town University (ADTU), candidates need to have completed 12th grade or an equivalent degree. For General category students must have a minimum of 45% marks in their qualifying exam, while reserved category students (sc/st)need at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam. It's also important to clear the JEE Mains entrance examination. Make sure to meet these requirements to be eligible for the B.Tech program. 
For UG courses:  The candidate must pass 12th grade or equivalent for pursuing B.Sc. in the university.
For MBA: The candidate must pass Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 45% marks in any discipline. MAT score is also accepted for admission in MBA.

ADTU - Assam Down Town University does not set specific cutoff scores beyond this academic requirement. For admission in  MBA  at Assam Down Town University (ADTU), candidates are required to hold an undergraduate degree from any recognised university in any domain, with a minimum of 50% aggregate, as specified by a recognised educational board. The cutoff is declared by the institue for various courses depending upon TJEE entrance exam.

The selection of this programme is based on the TJEE cutoff. The authorities have not released the latest ADTU BTEDM TJEE cutoff. However, as per the 2022 TJEE cutoff report, the closing rank stood at 2413 for the General All-India category.
