Atharva University offers courses at the UG and PG level in full-time mode. Admission to the respective courses is offered on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exams. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45%  in Class 12 for admission to UG level courses. Whereas, for PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. Apart from this, candidates must secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main, CAT, NMAT, MHT CET, CMAT, and others.

Atharva University Mumbai provides the Martyr's Daughter Full Scholarship to the daughters of martyrs of the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force. The martyrdom should have taken place in the course of duty. Eligible applicants for the course must be fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the course. Supporting documents should be provided through the District Sainik Board.

Atharva University Mumbai provides the Martyr's Daughter Full Scholarship, which gives a 100% tuition fee concession. This scholarship is available only to daughters of martyrs in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force personnel who lost their lives while on duty. One seat in each undergraduate and postgraduate course is kept reserved for this purpose. The selection is done on eligibility, merit, and document verification.
