Absolutely dissatisfied because of no placement drives arranged, complete wastage of funds.
Placements: Only 1 student from our course got the placement. For others the placement drives were not arranged. Only 2 companies came for the drive, out of which one didn't even declared the interview/test results. Getting a placement (job) offer is a big question?
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in terms of sports, hostel, canteen, medical facilities, classrooms, library, etc. Was good. Even the Wi-Fi and lab facility was good. But, the course was not well structured or planned. As, we were the first PGD batch, so they basically did an experiment on all of us.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are so good and helpful while there are some who are so biased. Well, they need to implement or bring some changes in the current course structure. No, they don't make the students industry ready perfectly. They teach you things which are outdated or are not currently required by the industry.
Other: I choose this course just to polish my skills, so that I'm fit for the industry. Getting placement depends upon an individual calibre, but arranging placement drives is the responsibility of the university, where they failed badly. I think some teachers should consider each one of us as students not as professionals and should explain the topics in detail. Moreover, some of the teachers should also not ask the students to cover the relevant or required topics amongst themselves. But, I must say the university is so good at organising events, fests, extracurricular activities, etc.
