MBA admissions at BITS Pilani have concluded for 2026. For the MBA in Business Analytics, the institute conducts the Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT). Further updates related to accepted exams are given below:
- For MBA/PGDM courses, the institute accepts CAT/XAT/BAAT/GMAT. CAT registration 2026 is ongoing, and the last date to apply is Sep 22, 2026.
- XAT 2027 registration is open for MBA/PGDM courses. Interested candidates can apply online till Dec 6, 2027.
BITS Pilani MBA Highlights 2026
BITS Pilani offers a two-year full-time MBA course at the PG level. BITS Pilani MBA is a full-time residential programme. This course is offered with one specialisation, called Business Analytics. Final selection will be based on overall performance in BAAT, Personal Interview, and CAT/ XAT/ GMAT (if available), along with prior work experience and previous academic history. Selection criteria: MBA admission is entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the BAAT/ CAT/ XAT/ GMAT exams, followed by a PI round.
Eligibility: BITS Pilani MBA eligibility is to have completed graduation of a minimum three-year duration in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. Candidates must have studied at least one subject in Mathematics or Statistics at Class 12 level or higher.
Accepted exam: It conducts its own entrance test called Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT) for selecting students for the MBA course. It also accepts valid entrance exam scores, such as CAT/ XAT/ GMAT.
Placements: For the MBA batch of 2026, the Highest package offered was INR 21.6 LPA, and the average package offered was INR 16.15 LPA. The median salary was recorded at INR 18.5 LPA.
Fees: BITS Pilani MBA fees are INR 12.93 lakh for the complete duration of the course. This is the total tuition fee. Other components, such as Hostel, one-time payment and other fees, will also be charged separately to the students.

Practice School (PS) is an evaluative internship that is a part of BITS Pilani's MBA in Business Analytics. The duration of this internship is 24 weeks. It is undertaken after three semesters of study. It allows students to apply skills to real-time projects and gain industry insight. Many students even receive PPOs after completion.

The institute has a fee refund policy for students who withdraw their admission within the given timeline. In case of duplicate payment, the amount paid twice will be refunded to the students within 30 working days. The amount will be transferred to the same account as mentioned in the bill.

Fee for academic year 2026 is not available as of now. For reference, the admission fee for MBA in 2025 at BITS Pilani was INR 60,500. Tuition fee per semester in first year was INR 2.75 lakh. Fee for summer term was INR 96,300. Students also had to pay Caution Deposit of INR 3000.
The hostel fee per semester for the academic year 2026 is INR 36,000 for on-campus students. If you register for the summer term, an additional amount of 18,000 will be charged.

BITS Pilani MBA Admission & Application Process 2026
BITS Pilani MBA admission process is entrance-based. Students have to apply first. After the application process, eligible students are required to participate in the subsequent selection process. Step 1: BITS Pilani MBA Application Process 2026
The application forms are available online on the verified website. The form enquires about basic academic and personal details. The fee to apply is INR 3300. The ste-w-se application process is as follows for BAAT:
- Go to the official website for BAAT
- Click on the 'Register now' button under the general links.
- Complete the one-time registration to generate a User ID and password
- After completing the one-time registration, an application number is generated. Candidates can now proceed to fill the online application form
- After filling in all the details, candidates can choose up to 16 exam city preferences
- Upload all required documents and proceed to pay the BITS BAAT application fee.
The following documents are required while filling out the form:
- Passport-sized photo
- Scanned copy of signature
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Qualifying degree mark sheet

While applying for the MBA in Business Analytics at BITS Pilani, candidates may be required to provide proof of work experience that verifies employment and duration of service. Freshers without any work experience can also apply for admission.
BAAT is a Computer-Based-Test that is conducted across physical test centers. The total duration of the test is 3 hours, and there is no sectional time limit Each correct answer is awarded 3 marks and each wrong answer will result in deduction of 1 mark. BAAT will comprise of the following sections:

BITS Pilani MBA Scholarships
BITS Pilani provides scholarships to its MBA students in order to continue their studies. The institute provides various scholarships to students; some of them are as follows:
- Tuition Fee Scholarship: Under this scheme, students who managed to get a minimum aggregate of 70 and above in the qualifying examination will get a merit scholarship of 20% on the first semester tuition fee.
- Hostel Fee Concession: Students enrolled for the session and who obtained a minimum aggregate of 80% or above in the qualifying examination will be given a concession of 25% in the hostel fee for the normal duration of the course (two years).
