BITS Pilani Rajasthan is famous for its infrastructure. Spread over an area of 328 acres, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani is well-equipped with all the amenities and buildings that fit as an institute of international standards. Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani offers fully-residential programmes only with 11 hostels for boys and one hostel complex for girls. Over 4,500 students reside on campus along with 350 faculty members, their families, and a vast pool of support staff.

BITS Pilani cutoff 2026 was released for Round 4 admission to several UG programmes, like BE and Integrated MSc programmes. The overall cutoff ranged from 202 to 314. 

As per this range, the hardest course for admission was BE in Computer Science, with the minimum score being 315.  Hence, students who attained a score higher than the one mentioned here would have a better chance of admission.

BITS Pilani offers a two-year full-time ME course at the postgraduate level. BITS Pilani is a decent choice for ME courses. During the NIRF 2025 rankings, BITS Pilani was ranked 29 by the National Institutional Ranking Framework. Talking about BITS Pilani placements 2025, the overall  average package  recorded during BITS Pilani placements 2025 stood at INR 30.37 LPA. Additionally, the highest package offered till August 2022 during BITS Pilani placements 2025 stood at  INR 60.75 LPA. A total of 109 companies visited the campus during BITS Pilani placements 2025. So, yes BITS Pilani is a good option for MTech.
