According to, students can choose from 21 specialized, career-oriented courses offered by CDLU. The university also offers distance learning courses that are focused on careers. CDLU follows a seat reservation policy as per the guidelines of Haryana government. The reservation policy is as follows:

• 15% of the seats shall be open/unreserved and will be filled through All India Quota (AIQ) (including Haryana). Out of the 15%  AIQ seats, 10% will be reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
• Remaining 85% seats are reserved for bona fide residents of Haryana (State Quota) and will be filled up as
  detailed below:
  i) Haryana Open General Open Category (HOGC) - 40% of the State Quota
  ii) Reserved category of Haryana - 60% of the State Quota
  iii) Scheduled Caste (SC) - 20% of State quota
  iv) Backward Classes of Haryana (A) (BCA) - 16% of State quota

Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU), Haryana is NAAC accredited government university. It offers many courses to the candidates who want to take admission in CDLU.
