u201cSupportive faculty, practical training, and good learning environment, .
Placements: Most students from our batch got placed, with the highest package around 6.2 LPA, the lowest 3.4 LPA, and average 5 LPA. Top recruiters included Infosys, TCS, and Cognizant. Around 90% got internships, mainly in schools and EdTech firms, with teaching roles offered.
Infrastructure: The college has spacious classrooms, Wi-Fi, a well-stocked library, and labs for psychology and Science. Hostel facilities are decent with hygienic mess food and a small canteen. Medical help is available, and sports like cricket, volleyball, and badminton are encouraged. Overall, the facilities are supportive for students.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified, helpful, and teach with practical examples. The B.Ed curriculum is relevant and prepares students well for teaching jobs through internships and practice. Semester exams are moderate, with a high pass percentage since most students clear them easily with proper preparation.
Other: I chose B.Ed because I want to become a teacher and make a difference in students? Lives. The best part is the practical training, teaching practice, and supportive faculty. I wish there were more modern teaching tools and campus placements. The college organizes cultural events, sports, and extracurricular, the crowd is friendly, and the campus is well-connected with scholarship options for students.

It has really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: As the course was completed in the batch of 23. Many students get placed in companies or industries. Many students qualified for the best exam for their PhD. The percentage of placements is quite slow but placement takes place and GRG Health company hires students from our course.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are top-notch. It provides the best food facilities at very affordable prices. The food is very nice in taste as well as in cleanness. The mess in charge takes care of the mess, its cleaning, and all the necessary requirements which are required.
Faculty: In our university, teachers are very supportive. They help us throughout our course with regard to our course and anything else. They are very familiar with us. Teachers are well-qualified and they all are from top institutes. The course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to the competitive exams and the practical facilities are also provided by the department. There are 2 exams in a semester, i.e., mid and the end-semester exam. Here, exams are quite tough, very conceptual, and related to topics that are asked in exams.
Other: Events held in our university are related to different topics and are up to date. National seminars and conferences are held according to the department. Workshops are held and all things are happening at our university.

The transportation system is not good. You have to wait hours for a bus to go to Jammu City.
Placements: Our B.Tech batch will be placed in 2026. There is no placement yet for the B.Tech batch, but placement is happening in the MBA batch. I don't know much about the placement record, but the highest package is above 10 LPA. I hope the highest package for the B.Tech batch will be higher than 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, but not always consistently. Labs are available. Classrooms are okay, and there is a central library where you can find your required books. There are 600 beds in the boys’ hostel and 500 beds in the girls’ hostel separately. Mess food is decent. The canteen is not good. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. This course is relevant, and it prepares students for industrial purposes. Semester exams are not easy. You have to work hard. Everything here is good.
Other: There are sports competitions, coding competitions, and more.

Beautiful college with beautiful and well-qualified faculty members.
Placements: I think most of the students got placed in different sectors. I think the percentage will be 50 to 70% of students got placed. The average salary was 3 LPA to 8 LPA. Flipkart and Myntra were recruiting companies. Most of the students got internships at my company. I have been offered many roles. I was trained for any situation related to engineering field.
Infrastructure: Our college boasts a modern and well-developed infrastructure that creates an ideal environment for academic growth. The hostel facilities were designed to provide a safe and comfortable homely environment for students coming from different parts of the country.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, well-qualified, and very good knowledgeable. The teaching quality was best. The course curriculum was designed to be industry-relevant, incorporating theoretical, and practical knowledge. Semester exams were moderately challenging.
Other: My batch started in 2018 and ended in 2022, best batch of YCET Jammu.

This college needs construction and this college also has water problem.
Placements: This college doesn't have history of placements after degree, you never get placements or jobs. But in 5th semester, you get internships. It is not helpful that this college never offers any package after the completion of the degree, you have to find a job of your own.
Infrastructure: College has Wi-Fi but it doesn't work. Labs are good and library too. This college doesn't have a hostel. There are no medical facilities and there are no sports and games available. This college canteen also doesn't good and there is no food in canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are good and friendly. Course is a bit difficult and I don't know why they fail students. The course does not make anyone industry-ready. But teachers are good and qualified. Teachers of this college are good, qualified, and knowledgeable. But some subject teachers are not available.
Other: I take admission to this college only for timepass. There is no such thing about the course. Some students take admission to this college only for timepass.
