Institute has a well supported campus with facilities such as Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Hostel, Library, Shuttle Service.

A major concern about CUK for admission is the geographical placement of the University. The University is located in Srinagar and offers great set of courses along with placement opportunities and assistance.
