I am absolutely satisfied because of faculty members, excellent infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Central University of Tamil Nadu has an active placement cell. Top companies which visit our campus for placements are HCL, Infosys, Citi, IMRB, IBM, Mahindra, L&T, Ford and others. Around 50% to 60% of the students got placed in off-campus placements. The salary package offered is in between 2.4 LPA to 6 LPA. About 90% of the students got internships in different IITs, NITs, IIITs and central and state universities.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good library with internet facility and online journal access facilities. There are classrooms with ICT facilities, and the laboratory is equipped with high-end equipment. There is a UGC computer resource centre auditorium/seminar complex with infrastructural facilities. There is a well-furnished multipurpose auditorium with a seating capacity of 700 students. The auditorium can be used as an indoor stadium and also for large gatherings. Mini auditorium and seminar hall are available in the admin building as well as in the departments. There is the internet through Wi-Fi facilities in all buildings. The department library, printing and photocopy facilities are available on our campus. Telephone service is available to all departments, and there are support services and facilities for inclusive education. There is a guest house with an accommodation capacity of more than 200 persons.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is excellent. Their behaviour towards us is very amicable, and they encourage students to learn subject skills. As it is a central government institution, the faculty members are very efficient. They use projectors, PPT models and internet-based method to teach us, which is effective to understand the subject. The ratio of faculty members to students is sufficient enough for every subject. We got exposure to industries because it is necessary for us. The course curriculum is very useful, interesting and enthusiastic.

Other: You will have an enthusiastic academic life here. Our college provides encouragement to conduct seminars, conferences and workshops at the national and international level. Cultural activities, debates, sports and games competitions and festivals are also conducted. NCC and NSS are also available.
