The college is good in terms of ROI.
Placements: Most of the students got placed as per my knowledge. Recently almost 20 students got placed in Blinkit and many of them were friends of mine. Math and Ericsson are amongst the top companies here. Internship and placement preparation starts here as early as possible.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is solid both in class and hostel. I have been living in the hostel since the start of my course. They offer great and furnished rooms to live in. The sitting area and classes are very comfortable. My hostel room is an AC room and is very comfortable in summer.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and cool. They help with every task given to you, both academic and non-academic. They teach with proper PPTs and in the preferred language, English or Hindi. The passing marks in my course are 24 out of 60 and are easily achievable.

Great campus and helpful teachers for freshers.
Placements: I'm still in my first year. Placements haven't started for my batch yet. But during orientation, we got to know that the placement records here are really strong. Almost 80–85% of students get placed every year. Big companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit the campus regularly. The average package is around 4-5 LPA, but seniors who work hard can easily get much higher packages and good internships too.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is really good. Classrooms are big and clean. Labs have proper working computers. Wi-Fi works well across the campus. The library has plenty of books. It is a peaceful place to study. Hostel facilities are also nice, with clean rooms. The mess food is decent enough to eat daily. The canteen has good options, and basic medical help is always available. There are big grounds for sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and friendly. They know their subjects well. Teaching quality is good. They explain concepts in an easy to understand way. The course curriculum feels pretty relevant. It covers basic practical skills to make us ready for future jobs. Semester exams are not too difficult if you attend classes regularly and study simple notes. Almost everyone passes easily if they study well.

Placements: It has been one month since I joined this university. It feels really good that I have taken admission to this university. I have already heard from my seniors that the placement percentage is pretty high in our college. I really feel like I have joined a good university.
Infrastructure: The hostel and my course infrastructure are really great. I would rate them 10/10. The rooms in the hostel and the food are really good. Every day of the week, there is new food with good taste as well. Regarding my course infrastructure, it is also really good. The classes are good, and lots of facilities are provided, like AC labs, coffee machines, and many more things.
Faculty: Faculty is always very helpful and understanding. They solve your problems within minutes if possible. I also like that they are very polite regardless of their position. Regarding the exams, I haven't given any exams yet. It is my first semester, and it has been only one month.

Placements: I am from the B.Tech CSE batch. Around 70-80% of students are placed. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, and many other companies that come to our college and hire students. The placement opportunities at this college are very good. Many companies come and hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-established. The hostel facilities are also good. The food in the hostel is very good. In the college, all blocks have names, like the Ramanujan Block and many other names. The college also has the Milkha Singh Block, which has a gym on the campus and is also very big.
Faculty: The college faculty members are very good in behaviour. The exams in this college are conducted under supervision with high security, with no cheating cases. My Software Design subject teacher helps me a lot to do my best.
Other: I chose it because I am interested in technology, coding, and software development. CGC University Mohali provides a good campus environment. It has decent infrastructure, well-equipped labs, and supportive faculty. There are also various events, workshops, technical activities, and opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities. Campus life is active. Students get chances to interact with people from different courses. I feel university can improve by providing more practical learning, industry exposure, internships, and real world projects for CSE students. My experience has been good so far. University provides a suitable environment for students who are serious about their studies and career.
