Overall great experiences. You can easily get admission in get in CGC University, Mohali.

Placements: The placement opportunities for students are above average there because students are prepared from the first semester, so they get good placements. Companies are highly competitive and recruit students, and the highest package is 1 crore there.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is better than that of usual colleges. Mostly, things are available on campus and the hostels are also good. They have the facilities which student require. There are mainly 3 students in one room there, but it varies if there are more students in the hostel.

Faculty: The curriculum and faculty are good. The faculty have good behaviour. The exams are conducted every 1.5 months, so students can remember what they have learned, and students can prepare thoroughly for their main final semester exams and for the next semester too.

Other: They have many things to participate in, and events are conducted very frequently there, so students who like to participate in different things can enjoy that opportunity.

Facilities are really good. Faculty members are exceptionally good and supportive.

Placements: Placement opportunities provided by the university are quite good. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and Amazon. Students are offered roles in areas such as software development, technical support, and other IT-related fields.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the BCA course is good. It has well-maintained classrooms, labs, and Wi-Fi facilities. I am in love with the library of my block. The library is very good. The hostel facilities are also satisfactory. The mess provides regular meals, although the quality and variety of food can be improved. Other facilities are also pretty good.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Teachers are approachable whenever students need guidance. The course curriculum is also good and relevant to the field. The semester exams are not very difficult, though. Overall pass percentage is around 75 percent for particular subjects.

Other: I chose BCA because of my interest in software development.I enjoy building things using technology. In the future, I would also like to explore the possibility of building my own startup or developing my own products. One of the best things about our course is that it gives me enough flexibility and time to learn additional skills. I would appreciate the scholarship facility and overall campus environment, including fests and events.

Good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: The highest package in the BCA course is 33 LPA. Many students get placements just after the course or even during the course. Placement rate is 100%. The average package is 6–9 LPA in this course. Many companies come for placements. If students have good skills, then they can get a high package as well.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The campus has Wi-Fi, AC labs, and many sports facilities. Medical facilities are provided. There are different hostels for girls and boys, and both hostels are fully Wi-Fi enabled. There is greenery throughout university. There is no discrimination based on caste, religion, etc. The classrooms are digital.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They understand us and help us. Their teaching skills are very good. Teachers are understanding. They understand our problems and help us solve them. It is one of India's top Gen Z universities.

Other: I chose CGC University, Mohali, to do the BCA course because it is affordable and valuable.

Placements: Students here get the best placements in top companies and there are a lot of opportunities for BCA students as they get many golden chances to get jobs in the IT sector and many other big companies. I'm glad that I have chosen this university for my future.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very fine. I experienced such a lovely atmosphere here and a lot of decent facilities are available here. The hostel is too good and the mess is also very great and has tasty food. Medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: The faculty is very helpful, understanding, and qualified. They are all very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. The semester is easy for those who study properly and the BCA course is also fine as it gives you opportunities for the future.

Other: I've chosen this course because I have a huge interest in coding and computing. The best thing about this course is that you can study technology and get such high-paying jobs in the IT sector. I don't want to change anything about this course as it completely gives us a golden chance to make our future better. The events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc., are all very good and fine, as you can see for yourself.

My college review as a 1st-year student.

Placements: Placements are decent in this college. Good students get placed every year. The average package is around 6–7 LPA. The highest package last year was 1 CPA. The college brings companies and also helps us with resume making and mock interviews. You just have to learn the skills.

Infrastructure: Rooms are clean. Mess food is also good in taste. Electricity and water are available all the time. Washrooms are cleaned daily. Wi-Fi works fine. Medical facilities are also available in our hostel. A sports arena and a gym are also available in our hostel.

Faculty: Semester exams are very easy. If you are attentive in class, you can score well in semester exams. To score well in exams, you should pay attention in class and be regular in college. Teachers also upload class PDFs on our ERP, which is very helpful for us to learn from there as well.

Other: There are different types of events in our college, which are organized by different society members. So, be a part of the societies and also participate in the events. You will enjoy it much more.

Amazing experience!

Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed from CGC University. The highest package is 1 crore, and the average package is 6 to 7 LPA. Companies include GoDaddy, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Capgemini, etc. Cipla, IQVIA, Ampath, Neclife, Cult.fit. 86% of students got internships from CGC University.

Infrastructure: If we are talking about hostel facilities, there are amazing facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, common rooms in the hostel, AC classrooms, lift facilities, RO water in every block, a Capgemini search centre, AC library facilities in every block, and computer labs in the technique block.

Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful, but they didn't help when we talked about AC. The rooms are so beautiful that when you enter the room, you will love them. The coolers are really great, but the cooler grass is just like the drops of crows, I mean, wasteful. The washrooms are really amazing, but when you want to use them, water will not be available there. You just have to carry your own water.

Placements: CGC has 99 percent placement assurance, and CGC has a tie-up with many national and multinational companies. CGC has an NAAC A+ grade, which shows us the quality, stability, and standard of education. Every year, students get a 6 LPA package. Our college also helps to improve their skills and confidence.

Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are very spacious and hostel food is also great. Our hostel provided us with healthy and delicious meals. Hostel restrooms are always clean in our college. Every block has its auditorium, library, and workshop labs. Quality of life is excellent in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They teach us in practical as well as theoretical ways. Teachers tell us everything regarding our syllabus and much more. The quality of teaching is so excellent and genuine. Our mentor is so nice and humble to us.

Other: Overall, CGC University is an excellent experience.

CGC Mohali: Absolutely satisfied with the university.

Placements: I study BCA at CGC Mohali. 75-85 percent of our students got placed with packages between 2.5 LPA and 10 LPA, with an average of 4 LPA-5 LPA. The major recruiters of our college are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini and Accenture. 60-70 percent of students got their internships. Software Developer, Web Developer, QA Engineer, System Engineer, Technical Support, and a few others are roles that are commonly offered.

Infrastructure: There is good infrastructure for the tech and computer applications depth at CGC Mohali, with smart classes, full Wi-Fi on campus and the latest computer labs. The library is another strong point of this college, very serene, having enough books as well as e-resources through ERP. The hostels have good and safe accommodation, there is a mess, which is not very expensive and has snacks. There are grounds and a cricket court too, as well as proper medical care on campus. So overall, the campus is good.

Faculty: Their faculty is supportive, skilful, and knowledgeable. They teach concepts properly and help students in projects and practical work. The BCA programme covers topics like programming languages, database management, web development and others and provides education relevant to the present industry demands. You have to take other skills from other certifications or projects to get a better job, as the syllabus will make you ready for an interview with basic knowledge.
