Yes, you'll need to appear for CUCET if you're planning to take admission in B.A. LL.B at Chandigarh University. It's their own entrance test and honestly, it's not very tough. The paper mostly has basic questions—nothing too complicated. The best part is, your CUCET score also decides your scholarship. So the better you score, the more your fees can be reduced. Some students with really high marks in 12th—like 90% or more—do get considered for direct admission sometimes, but that usually depends on seat availability and other factors. The exam is online and you can give it from home, which makes the whole process super easy. If you're serious about law and looking for a place with good faculty, exposure, and placements, CU is a pretty good option. Just don't forget to register for CUCET on time.
