For admission to two-year MCA course at Chandigarh University, there is a minimum eligibility that needs to be fulfilled at the time of admission. As per the university's official website, those who are willing to get admission to MCA course at CU must pass graduation either in BCA or any equivalent UG degree in the respective subjects from a recognised university. If students get a UG degree in other streams such as BA/ BCom or BSc, they must have studied Mathematics as one of their main subjects. The required minimum percentage to pass graduation as per the eligibility criteria for MCA ranges between 50-60% aggregate. It may vary as per other MCA specialisations. Those who pass Class 12 in the respective subjects from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. The minimum required percentage in the last qualifying exam of Class 12 ranges from 50-60% aggregate. The minimum eligibility may differ from course to course as for admission to BBA (General) course, students should get a minimum of 50% aggregate, while for BBA (Hons) courses, students must get 60% aggregate in their high secondary final examination.
