No, candidates cannot get direct admission to CRSU. Admission to a lot of courses is done through entrance exams or on the basis of merit. The university conducts an entrance exam to shortlist candidates for MA, MBA, etc. However, for a few courses, admission is merit-based. The highest package offered was Rs 8 LPA last year and the top companies visiting the campus were Tata Motors, ICICI Bank, Pepsico etc. The average package offered by these companies was INR 4 lpa.

CRSU was formerly known as Kurukshetra University Post Graduate Regional Centre and, was established in 2014 by the Government of Haryana.
