Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and the efforts which they make to teach.
Placements: There are no placements from the department for M.Sc. physics students. But the syllabus is such that many students clear there NET exams. There is no placement cell of department. But the department arranges to send students to various labs and to learn many things which will help us to get jobs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available and every student is given there own id to use internet. Labs of the department are well-equipped with about 60 numbers of computers. But the number of apparatus are less. Classrooms are clean with projectors equipped in each class. Library provides every book related to our syllabus. Every year sports meet is organised which lasts up to 2 weeks. Quality of food of canteen is average. Hostel rooms are good but have very limited seats. Campus is small, but everything is organised very well.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and are experts in there respective fields. Teaching quality was excellent. Whiteboard teaching and power point presentations. Student to faculty ratio is 15:1. We didn't get industry exposure. Course curriculum is useful for various exams like NET-JRF, JEST GATE.
Other: Many guest lectures are organised by the department, events are organised like Science day etc. Campus crowd is not much due to the partition of campus at different places. Campus surrounding is beautiful. Scholarships are provided by the universities to the students whose are poor and can't afford their children studies. There are not much extracurricular activities.

Good exposure in field of theoretical physics. Very good facilities as well.
Placements: Most of the student from the department of physics and astronomical sciences are placed with research projects. 16 out of 30 are pursuing Ph.D. in their respective specializations. The ones who have qualified NET or SET join as assistant professors in good colleges. The highest stipend for Ph.D. is Rs. 18000 and the lowest is Rs. 8000.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available separately for every department and in the library and offices as well. However, the space is limited. The labs are well-equipped. The food and refreshments in the canteen are available at reasonable prices and proper hygienic conditions are maintained. The ostel rooms are spacious with 2 members in each room. The food quality is average.
Faculty: The faculty is brilliant. All of the professors are well-known and members of scientific societies in India and abroad as well. They are helpful and hardworking as well. The student teacher ratio is 1:7. The curriculum is useful. Regular workshops were organised for students and faculty as well where scientists were called to deliver lectures about the recent developments in the concerned fields.

I recommend not to take admission here.
Placements: There is no placement at all, so you have to struggle on your own. You are almost in a jungle here. I had lost a precious year here by doing daily ups and downs from my private PG on a daily basis with no benefit as most classes are not taken in the evening.
Infrastructure: The boys hostel is in the degree college building at Kangra, and the girls hostel is at Dharamshala. A HRTC bus is there in the morning and evening to ferry the students; it is a tiring, more than 1-hour journey. There is no facility at all; students had to skip their lunch, and there is no facility for lunch in the newly constructed temporary canteen operated by a lady there.
Faculty: Some teachers are qualified but rarely attend classes as they are busy with guest lectures across the states, and even some professors from local Mandi threaten students to fail them. Most classes are taken by PhD students. Teaching is almost zero, and a lack of communication is there.
Other: This is a temporary campus housed in a government-owned college building. A single building with no space—even the library is on an open balcony—no apparatus in labs, and no regular classes at all.

Good faculty, classrooms, and provide better way to student to placements.
Placements: There are many placements in my batch and seniors batch, college conduct placement activity by help of different companies and give opportunities to the students to get job. The atmosphere are brilliant and students also maintain discipline in the campus. There were also parking option to students who studied here. Faculty are well educated. S several company visited in the campus and every year 20 percent students are placed by the companies.
Infrastructure: Labs are well established with proper instruments and all facility provided by the college to students and modern technology make classroom better studied by projectors. There are full instruments, chemicals and glassware are present in the labs and well sited classroom with air conditioner.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and they are the master of their subject with good teaching skills and have kind nature of teachers. They help students in extra circular activity and make the students decent and give extra opportunity to other sectors also.
Other: Campus are well established and greenery of campus give wonderful atmosphere in campus.
